Steaks were good (both prime and wagyu), lamb chops and pork was done to perfection, wagyu sashimi gets an A++! Sides very pricey for the amount per dish. No baked potato (need to add that to the menu for the guys!!)
Atmosphere was perfect.

Although I ordered my steak saignant, and the temperature was very much on the money, the steak arrived with a lovely brown, crusty finish. I chose the "tasting," which consisted of three different steaks -- nice for comparison. The restaurant was large, with high ceilings, yet each table still had an intimate feel. Portions were not ridiculously large nor too small. Apparently Wolfgang Puck is better at staffing his restaurants. The Ramsey place at Paris was a turnoff. They took a good time to explain the wine list and assist in selection of wine. Servers were very attentive, accommodating & restpectful. They knew I did not eat onions, and took great care of making sure my selection does not include it. The food was great. Starting from the salad and appetizers and ending with steaks and sides. Steaks were cooked exactly as we asked. This is the steak house not only in name, but in steak preparation technics and quality of meat as well. There were 3 of us and we ordered filet mignons made from different beef. We could actually taste the difference!
The only down side was a high price, but food, service & our dining experience definitely worth it! The staff puts on quite a show, parading meat selections to each table, multiple servers taking care of every conceivable need.
The food itself is exquisite, as well it should be for the price. I would say our service was among the top I have ever experienced. We had the lead server Bobby with Ivan and Joseph helping out. They were incredibly attentive, polite, and fun. The service alone would bring me back.
PRICE:
The only thing holding back CUT from five stars was the price of the appetizers and sides. The filet? Totally worth the price, the Mac & Cheese? Not so much. Don't get me wrong, everything was wonderful. It's just hard to justify spending $19 on a very small appetizer salad.
