  • "Easily our favorite steakhouse in Vegas, and we've tried many. The service is impeccable and low-key. The setting is romantic, and the food is incredible. I hope they never take their version of the shrimp cocktail off the menu."

  • "The best dining experience I've ever had. The food, the service, ambience, everything-5 stars!"

  • "The food was excellent and the service from start to finish was fantastic. In comparison to other Vegas restaurants the price was much higher, but the service certainly made us feel like we got our money's worth."

  • "This was out first visit to The Cut and one that will be remembered. From the moment we walked through the door from when we got up to leave the service was outstanding. The food ..... Well words simply will never describe it well enough in this review. This truely was our best dining Experiance ever. "

  • "The service we recieved from the wait staff was excellent. Our waiter and his assistant were very knowledgeable. Prices are a bit high. Our table was uneven, which made it interesting to cut into our slabs of beef."

  • "Was looking for a nice place to take a good friend for his 60th Birthday. The food was absolutely fabulous and the service was impeccable. We both ordered steak and it was some of the best meat either of us have ever had. Definitely one of the top five meals ever!"

  • "outstanding. my friends and I pick a different steakhouse each year and travel to that city...yours did not disappoint!!!!"

  • "Had a group of 7 for dinner....seated luckily in the quieter room along the side. Lots of frenetic staff action and yet lacking at times. Long wait to get wine served. Food good, why is it so hard to get fresh pepper? Noisy young men seated next to us. Was great until them. Overall good experience but did not totally meet or exceed my expectations"

  • "Wanted to treat my clients out to a nice dinner for my company's appreciation and heard great things about CUT and decided to give it a try. Did not have the opportunity to try any appetizers since everyone had a late lunch but it didn't stop everybody from trying the bread and parmesan sticks which were fresh and delicious. I ended up getting the Taste of New York which was perfect amount of steak I wanted to eat. You get to sample the best with three paired dipping sauces for each one. I ordered my steaks medium rare and they absolutely nailed it, they steaks were on point and beyond delicious. My client's steak all were on point. Excellent place."

  • "Was in Las Vegas for a show and wanted to celebrate with my team. Cut exceeded expectations on every level!! The knowledge of the waiter expanded my beef knowledge and he was 'spot on' with every suggestion. The maple glazed pork belly is a not to be missed starter. Every steak's temperature was perfect, and we all found the American Wagu exceptional. The sides were also great. Not a bad word to say, everything was exceptional."

  • "Nicely charred steaks. Good Service. Great appetizers including the pork belly, steak tartare and bone marrow flan"

  • "We loved this restaurant, from our amazing cocktails all the way through the meal. A few highlights: killer dirty martini, first-rate Moscow Mules and the best bar snacks on the planet. Really. The popcorn is popped in duck fat and is WOW. The staff was friendly, helpful and gave perfect recommendations. Steak was the star of the menu, but we must rave a bit about the macaroni and cheese, broccolini and breads. Everything tasted delicious and was presented in a beautiful manner. Pricey, but so worth every penny. The space is lovely and we will go back next time we're in Las Vegas."

  • "Ate here last year. Food is a 10. Prices are high, but it's Las Vegas. Not all that different than other steakhouses. Service is attentive. Highly recommend"

  • "Nice restaurant, good staff, and solid menu. Food was good, but not fantastic ... overall impression is that it is way too expensive for the value (but also keep in mind, it is in Las Vegas)."

  • "Ordered the 100% waygu and although 200 is higher than I've ever paid for a steak, I figured why not splurge. The steak was stupid good. The asparagus was done in a way I haven't had before and was delish. Don't expect to walk out without dripping hundreds, but you have to live every once in a while."

  • "We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday during a stay in Las Vegas. The meal and service were wonderful. The drinks menu was on a tablet which was novel, but gave the opportunity to click to find out more information. It's obviously expensive, our bill came to just under $400 USD for 2 people (2 courses and drinks) - but as my husband is still talking about the steak it feels like good value :-)"

  • "I"ve been to many steakhouses in Vegas and I would have to say this is the best steakhouse on the strip. Excellent service and the food was perfect. Delicious steaks to choose from and their appetizers were amazing and different from what you would see at any steakhouse. Been here 3 times already and tried different steaks even their most expensive Japanese Wagyu which melts in your mouth."

  • "The food and service were excellent as always (especially the service). However, during this visit we were seated at a table very close to the bar and bathrooms, that was apparently under a vent blowing very cold air. Just wasn't the nicest experience we have had at Cut."

  • "This was our first visit to CUT and it was fantastic! We had our 8 yr old twins with us and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We all had steak and it was cooked perfectly! Lovely atmosphere, very hip and modern. We will be back!"

  • "Best steak we ever had. Great service. Went for my boyfriend's 40th birthday and it was very special. A unique experience to try wagu (sp) beef that's actually from Japan. Everything had a unique twist to it that made it all worth while."

  • "Cut was one of the best steakhouses I've ever been to. Been to most of them, and cut tops the list. The steak was cooked perfect and fell apart in my mouth. Had a hint of bacon so they must cook in some bacon fat. Had the waygu rib eye and the wife had the NY strip. Both were awesome. Had the wild mushroom and pepper side, it was flavorful and delicious. Got the french fries as well, were good, but not the best I've ever had. Service was top notch. Had 3 waiters and never wanted for anything."

  • "There is a lot of personnel taking care of all the details, that's great. We get special attention from Mr Adrian and Mr. Hugo, very nice service ! The food was amazing, all was perfect."

  • "This was my 3rd time to Cut and I was worried it wouldn't live up to my expectations. Boy was I wrong!!! My wife and I had dinner before a Cirque du Soleil show last week and what a culinary experience! Our burrata cheese appetizer was to die for. The burrata just tasted amazing! I had the sirloin strip sampler and all three pieces of meat were delicious. The Japanese Wagyu just melted in my mouth! My wife had the American Wagyu filet, and she thought it to be the best filet still! Our waitress was wonderful and recommended the perfect cabernet to go with our steaks. Cut remains my favorite steakhouse nationwide!!!"

  • "One of the best steaks I have ever eaten. Worth the price"

  • "Without qualification, the best steak I have ever had! I selected the dry aged rib eye while my guest selected the bone-in rib eye. They were both presented with a juicy, mildly pink center, and an outer crust that was seared to perfection. The butter lettuce, avocado and baby tomato salad dressed with champagne vinaigrette was light and tastefully dotted with smooth crumbled blue cheese. My shrimp cocktail, not on the menu but prepared by the chief, was enhanced with an avocado mousse that complimented the delicate flavor of the chilled shrimp. The Bordeaux and Merlot paired perfectly with our meals. With coffee they presented a salted cashew caramel candy that topped the meal. It's worth a trip to CUT just for this treat."

  • "We ate at The Cut to celebrate our 25th anniversary. It was probably the best dinner either of us had ever had! The Wagyu steak is unbelievable! The service is impeccable; Bob was our head waiter and his recommendations were perfect. His assistant Ivan was also wonderful. This is a very expensive restaurant but for a special occasion, it is perfect."

  • "I really enjoyed the food and service at CUT. The waiters were very attentive and the food was good. My only complaint would be the ability to bring outside beverages: I mean it is Las Vegas!"

  • "Attended a conference in Vegas and enjoyed CUT so much the first night, we recommended it to another group and went again. The service is top notch, very attentive but not intrusive. Meal starts with a light crispy breadstick then moves to 4 choices of bread. Pretzel roll, pumpernickel, sour dough and caramelized onion focaccia(i think?). The pretzel and pumpernickel were fantastic. I did not try the others but there is not a limit on your selection. Steaks were cooked to perfection (Med Bone-in Strip for me). Sides were just ok, mac-n-cheese and broccoli. Overall, highly recommend CUT."

  • "We went to have dinner, must of all we ask was very good, except the meet of my wife a ribeye and was no good, and a place like these can put you a piece of meet like these... I can say all is bad because the rest of the dishes were very good..."

  • "A bit challenged when the open table reservation was made a couple months prior and wished to add a guest to the table and was denied. Option was to move to the bar lounge and two tables, which was not acceptable as we were entertaining two business perspective customers and their wives. Interesting we decided to go to CUT and let them know we had nine for dinner and they graciously added a seat to our table. I just don't understand why I had to be perplexed worrying whether CUT would accommodate our party of nine, I was grateful but disappointed that I could not have been told that when I phoned the CUT. Food and wine were exceptional."

  • "My wife and I celebrated our anniversary with the most exquisite dinners we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. The service was the best. We will be making CUT our favorite restaurant to go when we are in Las Vegas."

  • "If you're in Vegas and want to have on splurge dinner, take your money and empty stomachs to The Cut! The meal are expensive but definitely worth it. You will not leave hungry!"

  • "Service: Excellent. They were attentive, had two people working our table to make sure they got us whatever we needed Ambiance: Nice dim lighting, but not too dark. Great for groups or even just two people. There were quite a few larger parties around us so there was a good amount of background conversation, but nothing that detracted from the experience. Food: Excellent. There are several grades of beef you can choose from, all excellent. Depends on your budget, but as a side I HIGLY recommend the mac & cheese. Price: On par with all the other fine steakhouses in Vegas. Steaks ranging from $56-$188+ and sides are anywhere from $12-$22ish. Overall a great experience and I encourage anyone looking for a great steakhouse to go here."
