Diner Reviews
  • "Friday night they had our reserved table ready when we arrived. Started out with Tuna tartare that was cold, fresh, flavorful, and tasty. The Ketel one martinis were served ice cold to the brim with triple olives. The delicious 35 day dry aged New York strip was cooked to perfection and served with creamed fresh corn. This is highly recommended for great food, with service to match."

  • "Being that I just came back from Willamette Valley, Oregon, I must say that Cut432 has most of my favorite Pinot Noirs from Oregon on their list. The food is a real treat, as everything is cooked perfectly. Portion sizes are right on point and everything we ate was delicious. The service has always been outstanding, as glasses are never left empty and they make sure you are happy with your steak temperature."

  • "This was our second visit to Cut 432. The first visit was absolutely spectacular, with the best steaks we've ever had. With that in mind, we were looking forward to this time around. Except for the service we received from our waiter, Dominick, our high expectations were not met. Our steaks and sides were good-very good but for the prices charged, we were expecting WOW, like our first time. While our steaks were cooked to our liking (medium) they were charred on top to the point of tasting burned at some parts. Once we scraped off the burned parts, the steaks very tasty. Again, givien that Cut 432 is a premium steak house, this should not have happened."

  • "I went to Cut 432 on a first date. I had never heard of the restaurant before. However I was pleasantly surprised. Fine dining in a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious. I had the filet and my date had the NY Strip which was quite delicious. Although we were running behind, our reservation was not cancelled and we were seated immediately. Our server was excellent and we received attentive service by all of the staff. Feel free to dress up or casual chic because there's indoor & patio seating. I'm a fan and will go back anytime. I highly recommend this place."

  • "This was our third time at cut 432. We normally go around six, so this was our first time at seven. We walked in and th first thing we noticed was how loud it was. The music was blaring and so were the people in the restaurant. We were literally yelling across the table to have a conversation."

  • "The noise level is almost intolerable, but the food and service mainly make up for the boisterous atmosphere at the bar."

  • "Love this place!!! I was excited about eating here from the mention I saw the entrance. The bar was captivating with it's array of spirits towering above the crowd. Service was great and speedy. Bathroom location kinda of awkward. Menu very pleasing to peruse. My filet was cooked perfectly and very flavorful, without being over seasoned. I can't wait to visit again"

  • "We had dinner on 7/5. We are lovers of the steak @ Cut 432. Tim our waiter was very attentive as usual. During dinner we were watching all the staff & noted what a well-oiled machine 432 is. We stay away from bread but we LOVE their biscuits! We shared the Clams Casino which was amazing. For dinner, we shared the bone-in Rib Eye which was cooked to perfection. We told Tim how we prefer to have steak here rather than some of the other known steak places, theirs is the best. He thanked us & would pass it along to the chef. Chef Jarod comes over to thank us for dining & for 432 being our "go to" steak place. He brought us a piece of their award winning chocolate cake -it was out of this world. We love everything about 432. We will be back!"

  • "We started at the bar for Happy Hour(Chrissy was friendly and dynamic) and enjoyed Oyster's Rockefeller -- better than New Orleans, Antoine's where they originated. Next moved to a cozy booth where we had, Dominick, as our waiter! He was well informed, friendly and professional. Lobster Bisque, Filet, Brussel Sprouts with Pancetta --- Divine. But wait, there is more! The warm, homemade biscuits with orange marmalade, honey and butter were over the top. Dominick then brought us a piece of the most wonderful Banana Cream pie with white chocolate shavings! A truly wonderful dining experience --PERFECT!"

  • "Everything was perfect. The lump crab was delicious, the shrimp enormous and the steak perfect. 1/2 off bottle of wine (we had 2) and cheesecake desert. A truly removable evening. Will def be back soon!"

  • "Husband and I had the filet mignon which was cooked as ordered. However the meat wasn't the quality I was expecting and both the bearnaise and peppercorn sauces were awful. Other than that, the service was great. Oh, make sure when you make a reservation that the table is inside. We had to wait an extra 1/2 hour because they reserved an outside table, which was not our request."

  • "We dined with our mother to celebrate her birthday. Although we went early, the bar was quite loud. We would suggest that you request a table in one of the booths as far from the bar as possible if you want to carry on conversation. Other than that, everything else was exceptional. The service and the food were beyond our expectations. The server assisted us with our orders and made excellent suggestions. We will definitely return."

  • "We enjoyed the atmosphere, the service, the bar and the wine. The appetizers were nice, side dishes too. The steaks, however, were gristly, fatty, and basically just bad. $54 Kansas City cut? Cut 432 was expensive with poor steaks. I wouldn't recommend it."

  • "Looking for a last minute reservation for Father's Day dinner. I was in the mood for a good steak. Cut432 had a reservation available at the time slot I was looking for so I decided to take a chance. we really enjoyed our evening. Complimentary valet parking, great location, great service and great food. Bravo!!! we will definitely be back."

  • "The waiter service was good but constant visits from the busses/porter trying to clear our plates that still had food on them got to me after the 4th time. Food would have got 5 stars but our "Parmesan Truffle Fries" came out barely a bit of Parmesan and not even a hint of truffle aroma."

  • "Offers complimentary parking, a plus in Delray. There is a very active bar scene which the noise carries over to the restaurant, A/C was a little cold. The waiter was attentive and knowledgeable. Appetizers were excellent, tuna tarter and ceviche. the steaks were good and properly prepared as ordered. Sid dishes a definitely a plus. All in a good experience except for the noise."

  • "This was our first time dining at this restaurant and it exceed our expectations. I have a gluten allergy which can be challenging for me when dining out. I had a few question as I always do in regards to what I can eat. Before I knew it the executive chef was at our table to personally let me know what I could and could not eat which was most everything. He was willing to make modifications to certain dishes that had gluten in them if I choose to order it. The dishes I had were amazing (grilled octopus and filet mignon) and all gluten free. My husband and I can't wait to go back. I highly recommend Cut 432."

  • "High quality meat, ceviche and crab cake appetizers well made, very good service and attention to details. Biscuits served with honey and jam with the meal somewhat strange...but very good dining experience "

  • "We ordered a bottle of Banshee wine which was a more "affordable" wine. We have found that you don't have to pay $$$ to enjoy a delicious wine. By all means, we are not the type to order Clos du Bois or to order Caymus for that matter. The minute we ordered the "mid range" priced wine, the waiter went from attentive to not so much. Our bill was $187.00 = 20% ($38.00) for 1 hour and 20 minutes of service. To sum my review up, yes, Cut 432 is a restaurant we will return to. The food was delicious."

  • "We have been to this restaurant before and enjoyed the experience. However, on Wednesday night the noise level was excruciating. There was a group of four men seated next to us who were so loud and obnoxious we had to ask to be moved to the back. The noise level was still unmanageable. Impossible to maintain a normal table conversation. We will not be revisiting any time soon. It was our Anniversary and it was not enjoyable! It's unfortunate because the food is very good. "

  • "Food is great, but the service is lacking at times. The servers and the busers don't always work well together, leaving customers frustrated and confused about order and then re-ordering, etc. Also, the temperate of the dining area goes from hot to drafty and cold within minutes. Sweating to goosebumps. Still, an overall good dining experience. "

  • "We have enjoyed dinning at your restaurant before. We had reservations for dinner on 5/16 at 8:30 for two. Service and staff were helpful and always pleasant. Tartare super. I ordered the filet, medium rare, au gratin potatoes and my wife had the tuna steak. When the meals came out after my first bit, the filet was medium rare, BUT cold and so were the potatoes, so was my wife's. The waiter took them back and brought back steak and potatoes which were the same one they had taken away and tried to heat up on the grill. Now I had a MEDIUM cooked steak and it was still cold. The manager stopped by and I informed him of our situation and he was willing to cook up a new meal, but by then I decided I'd just have a burger instead. "

  • "I took my mother here for Mothers' Day. The restaurant was very clean. Service was friendly, including hostess, bartender and wait staff. Two specialty cocktails were on the menu. I ordered one, the blood orange margarita, and was disappointed to be informed that there was no blood orange so I settled for a plain margarita. It was made well and only $5.00 because it was "Social Hour." Filet mignon (cooked perfect medium rare as ordered), asparagus and mashed potatoes were excellent quality, but should have been served hot instead of barely warm. We did not complain, because we were hungry and do not like to send food back to be re-served. It was noisy, but we did not mind because it was a vibrant atmosphere. "

  • "Save your $. Always wanted to eat here every time we passed by on Atlantic Ave but needed a reservation. After eating here do not know why it is so packed. Had the grilled swordfish and it was a bit dry. Everyone else had filet mignon and they said it was nothing to write home about. I broke my glass of wine by accident and the waiter did not offer or even ask if I wanted another glass. The service was not over the top at all. The spacing in between courses was long. The noise level was the icing on the cake(beyond), the place is very small too! The banana dream for dessert was amazing but that's it. Go somewhere else, never going back!"

  • "Our son and daughter-in-law recently gave us a gift card for Cut 432 in Delray. Though we have lived in Boynton Beach for many years, we were not familiar with this particular Delray restaurant. We decided to use the card on a Sunday at 5pm. We were not quite sure what to expect as we had read some unfavorable reviews of this restaurant. From the time we sat down outdoors to the time we left our experience was wonderful. The cocktails, wine, strip steaks, vegetables, dessert were all excellent, as well as our espresso and cappuccino . Other than being pricey, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Cut 432 and would recommend it to others. "

  • "Have been there a few times and most recently on a busy Saturday evening. We were seated promptly and our waiter was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Even though the menu is heavily geared toward beef, we both had seafood (sea bass and shrimp) and they were both fantastic. The drinks were generous and while this place is pricey, it has a great vibe and we were very happy with our experience. They also called the next day to see how our visit went--a very nice touch."

  • "Waitstaff was great, appetizer (tuna tartare) was great, creamed spinach was great, specialty drink was great, and marscipone cheese cake was out of this world. The ribeye steak? Meh! Too tough for the price. Average steak houses in NY serve better beef."
