I tried fish and its very well done. Nothing fancy and nothing wasted.

They use local ingredients I understand so this is also a great place for those who like to shop local, eat seasonal foods and support local businesses. It not the best choice however if your kids are used to mom's cooking and are a little hesitant to try new foods. I had the tofu scramble - a delicious vegan combo of tomatoes, mushrooms, chickpeas, and tofu piled onto a shallow plate with sweet potato toast. If it hadn't been so hot, I would have had a mint julep to celebrate! Even more special is the kindness and consideration that their staff exhibits. We drove 5 hours to celebrate our anniversary at Culina and they went the extra mile for us and prepared an extra special anniversary message for our dessert.
