Food was very good and presented well. And our server was good, but not overly attentive. But the noise level was so loud that it was hard to hear the person sitting right next to you. I would go back, but certainly not on a weekend night.
Also, there was a problem with our reservation, which the management didn't seem to care about.

We love this restaurant but we are getting tired of the same menu, and the additional choices that are not on the menu are always the same. Perhaps we've gone here too many times. Still it's one of my favorite Italian restaurants.

On this particular night they were quite under-staffed. We were never given the customary little appetizers. I had to ask for a drink three times before I got it. The meal came before my drink. It was not a full house, but they had several parties. Usually the service is impeccable, but on this night--well let me put it this way, if this were my first time at this restaurant I would never return. There were four of us at our table. We had to request water over and over again. It's a good thing they brought us dinner rolls, although we had to ask several times for olive oil. The staff was running. It wasn't their fault. It was the fault of management for not having enough wait-staff there for that evening with a few larger parties

THis was a wonderful evening for a birthday party of eleven including four children that was well managed, well fed, and eager to return. Management and other servers did a terrific job responding to our needs and wishes. From the moment the reservation was made, we were in good hands and that showed up from the moment we entered the restaurant. Thanks to all.

The service is decent enough and the atmosphere is okay. The restaurant is kind of stuck in a time warp - you walk in and it's as if you stepped into an Italian restaurant in the mid-1970s. The menu items, the style of service, the look, all of it is dated (except the prices, which were quite contemporary). The night we were there, the other diners were nearly all elderly. It's not a bad neighborhood option for an average plate of pasta, but that's about it.

Consistently excellent food. Menu choices are varied providing something for everyone but not overwhelming and prices are reasonable. Parking is easy. One of my favorite local restaurants.
