We were served drinks immediately upon being seated, then the server explained how tapas-style dining works: you order 2 to 3 dishes at a time, and they come out as they are prepared. The kitchen timed it perfectly, even on busy Mother's Day, so that each dish came out as we finished the one before it. Their Sunday brunch special allows visitors to pay one fee and have virtually free reign over the entire menu by sampling, tapas style, various and sundry Cuban delicacies. Due to the great variety and succulent selections on Cuba Libre's menu you can enjoy a true taste of authentic Cuban cuisine at a very decent cost.
