"Good but standard brunch. Omelette station, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit. Also have a la carte if you aren't interested in stuffing yourself at the buffet"

"The food was very good, but a bit pricey. The buffet had good choices, and very flavorful dishes, but seemed a bit overpriced at $45 per person. Also, the alcoholic drinks were priced a bit high as well. The service was excellent as was the atmosphere. Overall, we enjoyed the 1796 dinning room more, and we felt we had more menu options at the 1796 than the Crystal Dinning Room."

"We were guests at the Bedford Springs hotel and spa. Of our entire experience, the only disappointment was our dining experience at the Crystal Room. The hostess did not explain that dinner is served primarily buffet-style, and the waitress was practically disdainful when we asked for menus. My husband is a vegetarian; there was only one item on the buffet and one a la carte entree he could eat. We were among the later diners (8:30 reservation) and by the time we got to dessert, the selections were depleted. Service was fair--but our server obviously was anxious to go home, as she was vacuuming the restaurant instead of clearing our plates. We expected more, since the hotel and spa so obviously pride themselves on service."

"We enjoyed everything about our lunch. The food was fresh, cooked perfect, and was delicious. We had the lemon cheesecake and the peach Melba for dessert, it was the best I've had. We plan on returning to try the other restaurant. The prices are higher than we spend for lunch, but for special occasions it would be nice."

"The Crystal Dining Room is beautiful and we really enjoy it. We had breakfast there for both days and it was very good. The last time there, however, there was a regular menu for dinner and we enjoyed it , much more than the buffet. The salads and appetizers were wonderful this time but for the main course, we were left wanting more. My husband said the prime rib was good but the other male in our party thought it was too rare. We women had the fish and it was only so-so. The chicken was average. The pasta was good. We hope to be back in June and we will only eat there again if there is a menu again."

"The historic Bedford Springs Resort and Spa is elegant yet at the same time casual, and the Crystal Room serves both special entrees and an excellent buffet. The desserts are luscious, and the dining room--with its many historical photos of turn of the century staff and visitors--is a delight."

"For what the price of dinner was, I was happier with the other restaurant on property. They give you a choice of an entree or to take part in the buffet they provide. Even if you order the entree, you still go up to the buffet for appetizers and salad service. Also, their glasses of wine are way over priced."
