  • "The food at Crush is always good. We went for Mother's Day brunch and the waiter was nice. However, it appears that you are rushed and I'd heard that before. We were still chewing our food when the waiter asks if we want dessert. We weren't interested and received the check immediately. A waiter noticed the people across from us leaving and just stood there to start cleaning the table. Also feels like being rushed."

  • "We have enjoyed several trips to Crush. Some of our favorites are the, House made pasta. Filet, LOBSTER Tails and the Salad Bar for sure. Try a, "One Night Stand", from the cocktail menu. This place is also awesome for lunch. Rotisserie Chicken Nachos are off the hook and The veggie burger is yummO. Ask for Valerie to serve you, as her professionalism is stellar."

  • "Went to crush expecting top notch service-the server got a two dollar tip on an 85.00 bill. Managed to forget part of our order, was inattentive, my wife had to go to the bar to refill her water glass-water served tepid, no ice, no lemon until requested. The menu was Ala Cart, expensive. I had the 16oz Rib eye,which was tasty, cook well, but not as tender as the price warranted. Myh wife had the chicken Alfrado, which she stated was very good. For desert, we had the Creme Brulet, not the best, but pretty good. the cream spinach with bacon. It had a very distinct overtone of bacon grease. The table we were seated at was at the end of the built in tables, like an afterthought. We felt we had been dumped into a hole and ignored."

She was very distracted and didn't seem to want to be there. We had to ask three times for drinks and bread, and all five of us got our dinners at different times- like even 5-7 minutes apart... A pity., Because my husband accidentally accidentally over tipped her outrageously."

It was a prix fixe menu (turkey, two types of mashed potatoes, stuffing muffin, gravy), with choice of salad and desert. Fabulous meal. So thankful those folks were working!"

  • "Our food was fine, and the salad bar is excellent. The prices were on the high end. However, the wait for the food was very long, and our server took FOREVER to bring the bill -- we didn't dare pay by credit card for fear of having a similar long wait for him to pick it up and another long wait for him to return it. In addition, we were seated across the aisle from a noisy infant, whose father spent the entire time staring at a television screen that was mounted -- you guessed it -- above our heads. (We had requested a different table when we saw the location but were told that was not possible, in spite of the fact that the restaurant was mostly empty at the time.)"

Good food selection and attentive service. Seasonal fresh heirloom tomato Caprese salad with fresh cheese was very good. Did not try the steaks, so no opinion there."

The staff seemed like they were slammed at the time but still helped us as best they could. The waiter we had was EXCELLENT!!! He seemed super busy but was trying his best. It really helped that time didn't matter to us and we were just there to visit and have a good time! Food was excellent and the wines that we had were perfect. We even added two more people toward the end of the night and the staff moved us to a bigger table even though I know what a hassle that is!!!!!! Overall it was a great evening despite the last minute reservation and lack of AC in the banquet room."

  • "We like that Crush is located within walking distance from our hotel. We can walk over, have a nice coctail and dinner, and stroll back. While this place is a steak lovers paradise there was a varied menu selection for non steak eaters. We had the chicken piccata, beautifully presented and was delicious. We had a local (Mendocino) Sauvignon Blanc, which was refreshing and tasty. The space seems large, high ceilings, and relatively quiet - a rare thing these days. Our server was attentive and very pleasant. In our experience, the prices were reasonable, not unlike some of our favorite restaurants at home. We plan to visit Crush again when we find ourselves traveling through Ukiah."

  • "The food was excellent and the service was okay. Waitress was clueless as to food preparation and presentation. When we asked her about the house salad vs. salad bar, she became defensive, and seemed irritated to elaborate, though she was more than willing to tell us of her previous waitressing experiences...hmmm. Now the food was something altogether different -- superb comes to mind. The shrimp cocktail was not only excellent, but plated beautifully. I recommend everyone try that, I know I'll order that again & again. The chicken piccatta was cooked perfectly, tender & flavorful & my husband's ribeye was seared and seasoned, again perfectly. The only downside to the meal was our side of brussell sprouts, they were average at best."
