Crush 29The Sequel is coming...The food and service were both excellent. The lamb lollipops are the most tender and well-spiced lamb I have EVER tasted. My halibut was a seasonal dish, but I wish it were around ALL year. I truly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, and will be coming back.6/1/2013 12:00:00 AMVery pleasedWent to Crush29 with the hubby and we both loved it. Service was friendly & helpful. We shared the brie appetizer (amazing!), I got the mahi mahi, hubby got a pizza. House wine was great. Loved the decor & the ambiance as well. Will definitely return!5/31/2013 12:00:00 AMSplendidLast minute reservations were no problem. The food was fantastic, every course. Our waitress was very attentive, friendly, polite and professional.
Only one complaint, I made online reservations and the only special request I had was no booth, we got a booth. Once the meal started, it wasn't an issue because everything else was memorable. From the pleasant greeting at the door to the final course of banana cream pie.
We will definately be going back and recommending Crush29 to all of our friends.5/31/2013 12:00:00 AMAlways a Winner!Crush 29 is one of my very favorite restaurants!! You can be assured of excellent service, beautiful ambiance, and outstanding food!! Six of us were there to celebrate a special occasion, and everyone totally enjoyed their meal and the friendliness. The chicken and brie rolls appetizer was a huge hit, and the salmon BLT was awesome. I will return again in the very near future!!5/30/2013 12:00:00 AMFood was good but the placeFood was good but the place is in poor shape. Everything seems torn, worn out, or in general need of a fix up.5/26/2013 12:00:00 AMFood is so fresh! Loved theFood is so fresh! Loved the halibut special! Very unique food.5/22/2013 12:00:00 AMA Leisurely LunchI enjoyed a relaxing lunch while dining on a Saturday afternoon with my daughter. The food was delicious and attractively served, the service was attentive but not intrusive while we were deep in conversation. She was able to find several vegetarian options, and they accommodated her request, which made the meal perfect. The decor is classic elegance, and we were impressed with the many areas they had for large groups.we will definately dine here again.5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat brunch buffet, but bad coffeeThe food at the Mother's Day brunch buffet and the service were great, but the coffee was really bad. The coffee had a burnt taste. It was not just one bad pot because a second brew tasting identical.
I will still go back, but I'll probably bring my own coffee.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMThe food was good but theThe food was good but the service was outstanding request Emily she is the best. The one down fall was they need to stay stocked no premium wines they were out? I found the crowd and service a bit pretentious, and the food just "ok." I felt the prices far outstripped the experience. On Friday, my husband and I only agree to go because our daughter wanted to, and we were celebrating her birthday. So glad we went! The food was truly delicious; fresh and very well-prepared. The service was friendly and professional, if a bit slow (and not in the meal-pacing sort of way). We will definately go back. Thanks, Patty4/26/2013 12:00:00 AMUPSCALE BUT FRIENDLY, CLASSY & FUNA classy place for our Anniversary Dinner ! Been there many times, always good. Unique Atmosphere, does transport you to the wine country. Suggest they consider a hint of greenery to enliven the wood tones. The Grilled Sesame Artichoke a "must" for an appetizer. Unique interior and structural touches create an ambiance in keeping with the restaurants name.Staff courteous and efficient. Excellent Wines and great Martini's. Upscale yet friendly, a nice place to celebrate, catch up, have fun. As we "eat out" a great deal, we consider this one of the few really great restaurants in this area. Seude Blue, also a favorite. Both restaurants remind us of our all time favorite, which is the Rutherford Grill, but that's an 90 minute drive.4/23/2013 12:00:00 AMEnjoyed another very goodEnjoyed another very good meal at this convenient local spot. The lamb lollipops are always mouth watering and my wife really enjoyed the coconut prawns. We decided to try the Kobe style burgers and they were very flavorful with a smokey flavor. This is the third time I have eaten at this restaurant and this was probably my best meal there.3/27/2013 12:00:00 AMJ VineyardsReally enjoyed our dining experience. Food and service were both very good. Staff is friendly and attentive. Manager came by to give us free taste of a very good Pinot Noir seeing as how we had previously ordered a Pinot. Her choice, J Vineyards - a Russian River appellation - was outstanding! We will definitely be back!3/26/2013 12:00:00 AMOur business meeting at theOur business meeting at the Crush was excellent....Service was also excellent3/22/2013 12:00:00 AMcrush 29 is fast beacommingcrush 29 is fast beacomming one of our favorite restaurants.2/20/2013 12:00:00 AMA visit to Crush 29 has becomeA visit to Crush 29 has become a family tradition during my yearly trek from Boston to the West coast.
