John DeLucie is the Chef Proprietor of Crown and The Lion restaurants in Manhattan. Most recently DeLucie opened Crown in a 1930's mansion steps away from The Metropolitan Museum of Art on the Upper East Side. Crown's menu features continental cuisine served in an elegant and sophisticated setting.

I took a friend for her birthday and was dissatisfied. So noisy we could hardly hear each other. Service was poor and the bill was over 250 for just 2 entrees, 2 side dishes and 2 glasses of wine each. Restaurant was crowded, looks like business regulars who received the great service.

Heard about restaurant and how great it was. Very hard trying to get reservations but mentioned it was my anniversary and they had set the table very nicely w/ candles and the dessert was amazing. Definitely will go back.
