  • "The Crossroads Benedict was very good. The Tuscan Eggless Fritatta was wonderful, excellent, though a touch salty. Each came with a choice of breakfast potatoes or mixed fruit and we got both. The breakfast potatoes needed something. The fruit was good, fresh figs a nice touch, but the nectarines a touch underripe and some kind of vegan whipped cream would have made the fruit even better. We also got maple breakfast sausages--very good, and fig upside down cake, which was the only thing I didn't really like. The atmosphere was nice, the seats very comfy. The waitress was a bit formal for brunch. Portion sizes on the entrees could be a bit bigger & this was one of their first brunches with kinks still being ironed out. Overall, very good."

  • "First I want to thank Bryan Moynan for the extra touch that made my vegan buddy's birthday dinner very special. Everyone is dubious when I tell them that I've found THE vegan/foodie hotspot... Crossroads is uniquely and genuinely a jewel in the crown of vegan eateries. The dishes are unique, flavorful, and inventive. The staff is impeccable and professional. The ambiance is fashion forward and hip. I would say even a die hard meat lover has to go try this place just for the experience."

  • "I have loved Crossroads for a while now. The food is always amazing and I always have great service. This time even better than normal. Bradley couldn't not have been a better server. I come to Crossroads about once a month or every other month. I happened to come twice in a couple weeks and Bradley recognized me right away even though he wasn't even my server last time. He did close us out and take our dessert last time because our original server left for the night. He was amazing then, and made the best reccommendation for dessert. I think outstanding service is not only doing what is required of you, but going above and beyond. Bradley definitely does that. He is helpful and perfectly attentive. Had to write a review just for him!"

  • "My wife (vegan) and I (far from vegan) dined her for the first time for Valentines. She dubbed it her new favorite restaurant after that day. We came back to try their regular menu and we were not disappointed. We tried several dishes (tortellini, meatballs, ceasar salad and risotto) and enjoyed ever single bite. Every single staff member from the hostess to the waiter to the busboys to the valet were friendly and attentive. We had a few custom cocktails that were amazing. From the moment we dropped off our car to when we drove away we were all smiles. Thank you to the entire staff for making every visit to your restaurant special. It is really appreciated."

  • "As a longtime fan of Green Zebra in Chicago, I was anxious to try Crossroads this past Saturday in LA. In sum, I think Crossroads is better! Chef Tal Ronnen has done an outstanding job of presenting a full-range, varied menu with some unique dishes as well as some his vegan takes on traditional "comforting classics" as he calls them. I started with the Lentil Flatbreads with 3 seasonal spreads (excellent!), followed by the absolutely amazing Watermelon Salad (I almost ordered it again for dessert!). My dining companion and I then split the Spiced Chickpeas (my least favorite dish, though still quite good), the Milanese and the Scaloppini Picata (we both wanted more!!!). It was a vegetarian's dream dinner. We look forward to our next visit."

The dishes were well paced, we have been to Crossroads on several other occasions where we were slammed with our appetizers, salads and entrees in quick succession, leaving us wanting for something more than a Chinese diner experience and We Got it on this night. The food was beautiful and tasty all the way to our last bite of a variety of desserts. Glad you moved into the neighborhood Crossroads.   • "I took 4 meat eaters and one vegetarian to Crossroads while on vacation to give the vegetarian one night of food heaven. It ended up being that way for us all. Every dish that came out that night (it was a prix fixe menu), was delicious. Non of the "meat eaters" missed the meat for a second. I would recommend this place to ANYBODY who likes good food. They will not be disappointed."

  • "This was an incredible dining experience for someone that is a non-vegetarian. I really appreciated the flavors of the cuisine and plan on going back again soon. I would love to know how this food is prepared in such a way that it really resembles a meat lovers palate. I highly recommend trying the restaurant but do go with an open mind and I would try to grab a drink in the bar beforehand as the ambience is fabulous especially when the sun is just setting."

  • "The food felt life it was somehow cheating in the strict rules of veganism. It was just too good. Love the polenta fries! How were the crab cakes so well made?!! It should have crumbled to a hott mess! I wish the crab cakes at RFD were this crunchy! The Milanese was perfect. I just wish Crossroads was somewhere in Echo Park so I could ask for some sort of garlic mashed potatoes and not feel bad about it."

  • "Made a reservation for 8pm. We were there at 7.55 but there was no table for us. We order one cocktail that literally has a mound of ice coming out the top of the glass. We also get a martini that is like 50% vermouth even after I specified it should be "dry". How can a professional bartender be unable to make one of the most basic drinks? At 8.15 we were seated in the side room which was like a completely different restaurant. I told the hostess that we were not happy with that. I was told by her that I had not specified the main restaurant in my reservation. So. I'm not sure if there is some small print somewhere, where you ask if you'd like to actually sit IN the restaurant where you are reserving a table but if so, MAKE IT BIGGER."

  • "Hostess sent us to the bar and then completely forgot about us. The kitchen was out of the first dish we ordered so we re selected. The reservation was for 8:30 and at 9:45 we were told that they were also out of my main entree. This was 30 minutes after ordering it. We called over the manager to complain and ended up leaving before the meal was over. Horrible experience and I'm a 47 year old man that's been eating out in restaurants all the time for the past 25 years. Shockingly bad. I would never go back."

  • "When I found out my husband and I would be traveling to Los Angeles for a few days this spring, I knew I couldn't miss the chance to dine at Crossroads while on the west coast (even briefly). The experience was everything I had hoped it would be! Ambience and interior: absolutely beautiful, with soft lighting and large, extremely comfortable chairs. Service: welcoming and professional, attentive without being overbearing. Food: outstanding in every way; great selection, incredibly fresh and flavorful, stunning presentation. Even my non-veg husband was extremely impressed and satisfied. And the cocktails are not to be missed! Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions are mixed and presented with the utmost care, and are totally delicious!"

  • "Went for my wife's 50th. For her, being a vegan, she had wanted eat there for years. She is still raving about it. Service was excellent. Usually at a vegan restaurant, I can never find anything to eat (I'm the carnivore), but here it was very tasty. Not cheap, but will be back."

Then there's the $100 bill for almond cheese (tastes like sour cream) and salty tidbits of artichoke. I'm tempted to buy the building though, live the location."

  • "Unfortunately our experience was affected by a very strange waitress who seemed nice one moment, aggresive the next. She was very rude completely out of the blue. It seemed our drinks had been forgotten.We had nearly finished our 1st course, so we asked if they were on their way.The answer was a stonefaced slow yes followed by a long stare.Then when the drinks did come and placed on our table, one of the drinks were not what we had ordered.Wanting to correct the mistake we politely mentioned the mix up.Her reply was a annoyed explanation about how she knew that, and it was for the table next to us but since she didn't have a tray and only 2 hands she had to put it down.It made no sense at all since she was just carrying 2 drinks! "
