"We quite enjoyed our dining at the House of Blues. The food was very good. The service was excellent. When we were done dinner we were entertained by the house blues band, The Burnsville Band. Very fine local group of musicians. Overall a great night out."

"We decided to book a table as we were going to see Squeeze, and like the fact that we can eat and then go straight in to the concert without waiting. The usher was very helpful and took us to our table, and even got the information for the concert opening act etc. However, after we were seated we waited 15 minutes for our server to even acknowledge us. It wasn't until we actually went up to the bar that she arrived to help us. She was very sweet, but possibly had too many tables to serve. We waited a long time for drinks and our food. The happy hour prices were great value, but the food was just mediocre. For that reason I would niether recommend crossroads or not."

"Our server was super awesome & personable. She honestly is the only reason I kept my calm through dinner. We waited FOREVER! From drinks, to apps, to entrees. I can't speak for the food because every item came out luke warm but I'm sure it had potential. Also, I think the establishment may have been under staffed that day because I wanted to order several drinks about 15 prior to the end of happy hour & by the time our server got the order I was told "I'm sorry, its now 7:01 & the system wont let me give you happy hour price". I understand, I've been in the serving industry for 6 years & I kno that not every night will be perfect but...there were maybe 5 other tables in the restaurant at the time & I feel we got shafted because we were nice"

"Dining at Crossroads was very convenient considering we went directly upstairs afterward to enjoy the G. Love and Special Sauce concert. The environment was fun since there seemed to be a buzz in the air from everyone's excitement to see a live show. I will make sure I come back to eat before each show in the future, but unfortunately I will not be ordering a steak as mine was very well done. All in all it was a great experience and a fun vibe! I would recommend dining here to anyone seeing a concert the same night."

"Surpised by the food, blown away by the service!! Natalie was our waitress and was awesome, since it was Valentines Day I expected a lot and she delivered! We had the new street tacos that were BOMB! We also shared the Cobb Salad, it was the best one I have ever had in my entire life! I had them take out the blue cheese and put on the spicy pecans instead, and that was the best decision ever! Also, I got the balsalmic vinegrette instead of the standard Catalina dressing, which was super tasty!! They give you tons of bacon and chicken...I will come back just to have this again!!!"
