The food was unbelievable and cooked to perfection. It was a wonderful way to begin an amazing evening. This place is perfect before a concert and the staff are remarkable. I also want to commend Chelsea for going above and beyond when it came to taking care of us before and after the concert. You truly are a gem!"

  • "Please hire friendly people to greet and seat. Weird reception from the greeting station; shifting glances back and forth with each other. The guy acted like we were beneath them, and took us to a table in an empty back room and acted like we were being punished. I asked to be move. Again we were taken to the smallest table in the main dining area. I picked out the table I wanted to sit at, and the experience began to improve. We've been to several HOB; Las Vegas, Orlando, Myrtle Beach, and this one was not the typical greeting. Our server acted hesitant at first, as if she had been warned that we were a problem. Once she realized we were easy to get along with, she relaxed. Obviously from this review, not returning."

  • "We were celebrating a birthday at lunch (6 people) during the work week, made reservations which weren't needed because we were practically the only group there, and still waited over half an hour for lunch! Most of us are on the clock, people! Our relaxing lunch soon became hectic and we inhaled our lunches to get back in the nick of time. I believe my lunch was very good -- just wish I could have had the time to enjoy it."

  • "Came to Cleveland to see my favorite gothic metal band, HIM. We have never been to Cleveland before and drove up from Pittsburgh. Seeing my very favorite band at the House of Blues was a super experience at it added a lot of extras to just seeing a concert. Loved the food and everyone at the restaurant was super friendly. Loved the opportunity to go to the back and wait for the show instead of standing out in the cold. The only thing that was sort of strange was waiting in the back as it felt like a tomb. Wish that we could've waited in the concert area instead as there were bars open and places to sit. All of that slight weirdness aside, I would definitely come back to the House of Blues Cleveland the next time that HIM is here. Thank you!"

  • "My wife and I enjoyed our first time at Crossroads at House of Blues. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Drink prices were reasonable, as was the food. My wife's meal (Lobster Mac & Cheese) was outstanding. My ribs were Good, but not real special. Nothing to set them apart from others. We were too early to enjoy the live entertainment, but will definitely make another trip back for that."

  • "Everything on the menu looked extremely good. I got the soup special (a curried soup) and it was EXCEPTIONAL. I also got the blackened fish of the day, which was perfectly cooked. The service was fast, the waitress was helpful and patiently answered all my questions about the Pass the Line service for the concert that evening. A totally satisfactory experience, and I will absolutely do it again next time I'm at a HOB anywhere in the country."

  • "We came here primarily because we had a gift card to use. Good thing we had it because the food /drinks there were not cheap. Overall the food was good (although they messed half my order up by mixing two meats when I just asked for chicken, and I didn't realize until I had already eaten the good half with just the chicken) and the service was very prompt. However, unless you are going to a concert and want early admittance, I recommend going somewhere else for dinner."

  • "Love the art on the walls, makes for some easy conversation points. Music is at a high enough level that you can hear it but not so that you have to yell at your dinner partner. Service is fast and friendly! The Juicy Lucy burger had a nice bite and lived up to it's name! The prices were reasonable and being able to pass the line and not have to wait outside before the show make it an awesome night out!"

  • "We booked our reservations online, which came in handy, due to the fact that it was Saturday night and there was a waiting list. As the server was sitting us , we noticed that the table was right next to the stage, showing our disapproval, we asked for a different table. His facial expressions indicated that he was discussed with us asking. I knowledged his discomfort with, please seat us away from the stage, at which point he asked us where we would like to sit. Once seated, our waitress approached us with a polite smile and was very pleasant during the remainder of the evening. All in all, we had a most enjoyable evening and would absolutely recommend the Crossroads - House of Blues to everyone. Al"

The couple insisted on sitting on the same side of the table, but there was clearly not enough room as the male 1/2 of this couple kept placing his hands and arms all over our table. Ugh so gross and inconsiderate."

  • "Our dinner at the House of Blues-Cleveland was very good--server was excellent. Considering we were in downtown Cleveland, a $10 drink didn't really surprise me, but the amount of alcohol left something to be desired. I expected my "Ginger Noir" to have a bit more of a punch, and more natural-tasting flavors because of the description, but I thought it tasted more like grape than the described cherry. I was also told I could get whichever souvenir glass I wanted, and the gift shop was rude about it.The appetizers--BBQ Wings and Spinach Dip--were good. Wings could've been crispier. The Bacon-Wrapped Meatloaf with Andouille was the star of my meal, and the chocolate mousse? Divine. Best thing on the menu. All in all, delish."

  • "My wife Debbie and I went to dinner at the House of Blues before we attended a concert by Blackberry Smoke this past Saturday night. We were taken to our table immediately and as busy as they were our server was very quick to take care of us. It really pays to get advanced seating. My wife ordered a steak dinner while I had the Lobster Mac and Cheese. The only problems we encountered were her steak wasn't cooked the way she wanted but was taken care of in a timely fashion. My dinner was good also but while I don't like comparing other places, I had the same item at the HOB in Orlando and they had bigger chunks of lobster meat. Just wondering why the same consistancy wasn't there. Overall we had a great time and everything was fantastic."

  • "Came to eat with my 14 year old son before the Paul Fayrewether gig. We liked the "rock" theme restaurant and all the art. My mixed drink was good; my son said his Coke tasted "watered down". A bit pricey but can't beat the ambiance and the convenience of dining before a show. The food was nicely presented and tasty. We had good service and our wait staff was very friendly. We also bought tee shirts in the store because we don't get out this way (Cleveland) too often and we wanted to commemorate this fun night. The band of course was awesome and the lights and sound were outstanding - excellent place to see a concert! . The on-line reservation system was great.   • "We are not local so we resevered the HOB for dinner before the show, hostess staff and Server Amy were very knowledgeable on how things would work before the show, where to line up if you had a pass the line ticket etc. The only thing I did not like was that I paid for a pass the line ticket, yet anyone who walked in and bought something was able to also wait in the same line. It was unfair. We also were not able to buy merch before the show which was the main reason we bought the pass the line tickets. The were only worth the money off our dining ticket in which we used to tip the server for being extremely awesome and knowledgeable on a very busy night."

  • "The service at this restaurant was fantastic! We were almost 30 mins late due the a snow storm and it was not a problem, they help our table for us. They are very mindful of whether you are trying to get to the concert on time, and the skip the line pass you receive for dining there is awesome! Our server was great and never let us go without anything. We will dine here again and again before every concert. It has become a tradition now. Thanks for another great experience!"

We had a table of eight and my father in law treated us all to dinner, drinks and dessert and not one of us truly enjoyed our food. We expected the food to be amazing and it was just ok. Most of us just are our sides and not the main dish."

  • "Eating at Crossroads before attending a concert at the House of Blues is one of the best values out there. In this case my wife and I were there to see Clutch on the eve we dined (C! was excellent as always) here; the food and drinks were reasonably priced for eating in a nice restaurant in the downtown of a major city (in our case my wife's meal was $14.99 and mine was $11.99). The drinks were the price of what one expect to pay at a bar/nightclub (professionals drink at home ;) ); the mixed drink my wife ordered was well received by her; I had two Guinesses. The meals were only sandwiches, but they were well sized, well flavored, and we didn't leave hungry. For spending over $20 each, we also got into the concert venue early! Enjoy."
