"I'm afraid our experience wasn't very good this time. Everything took a tremendously long time to come out from the kitchen, even simple appetizers and drinks. In his defense, our server was VERY nice, and I don't think the problem was his fault. But our entrees took an hour from the time we ordered, and then some of the food looked like it had been sitting a bit. They gave us 20% off our bill, but I would be pretty disinclined to eat there again."

"We were very impressed with everything about our dining expeience at House of Blues. The best thing however, was the amazing waitress we had. She was very knowledgable and friendly. She was fun and witty and was great with the kids that we had with us. I would totally recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants some great southern cooking and excellent service."

"The environment and feel was exactly what I expected (and love) for a restaurant. I felt it was perfect for the 'House of Blues' feel and the food was amazing. My only "complaints" are that I would have liked to have seen more options on the menu (even though everything already looked delicious, I enjoy looking at what's available), and the staff wasn't as friendly as the atmosphere."

"Chose house of blues for convenience to attend concert. After an hour and 10 minutes and we still did not receive our salads that we had ordered we had to leave or we would have not seen the concert. The place was not even busy. Many empty tables. We would never recommend this restaurant!"

"The server was obnoxious and over talkative. We had to wave him down to get our check because he was seated at another table talking. The food he recommended was mediocre at best. The only good part of the evening was the seared tuna tostadas which were tasty but 16.00 for 4 tortilla chips topped with tuna and a few chopped onions, bean paste and mangos. The pizza tasted like a bland version of a microwave pizza which our server raved as the best app on the menu, and the sweet potato fries were as thrilling as sticks of cardboard. I will never eat here again."

"The menu has been redone and prepared by Aaron Sanchez, one of our favorite chefs on TV. The menu and the food did not disappoint, except almost all entrees were spicey according to our server. She had very little to recommend for someone who didn't want spicy food. Although she was very cordial I don't think she was as informed as she should have been. We were seated in the front right by the window on a raised floor and felt like we were in a showcase window for a store plus it was pretty cold."

"What a fun place to dine! The food was very flavorful and presented beautifully! The place was super busy, and everyone on the staff were so upbeat and friendly! A great first stop before you see a show!"
