Crop Vermont Bistro & BreweryCasual-style food superbly executedThough there were more elegant choices, our group was in the mood for burgers and fish and chips. I commented that those were the best French fries I'd had in a long time, whereupon my son said his burger was the best burger he has EVER had. The fish itself also excellent, crispy on the outside and moist inside. The cheddar and ale soup was also delicious.

We had the duck confit salad, which was huge (we shared between two people) and I had the grilled swordfish, which was really wonderful. Just the right amount of sauce, and roasted vegetables. My husband had scallops with risotto, which was also very good. It was too much for us to finish, even after a full day of skiing. We had good service at both the bar and our table. From everything we heard and read, experiences have been hit or miss, so hopefully they get it together for a more consistent experience.
