"I absolutely loved Crop. My girlfriend and I split the cheddar lager soup and wings. The wings were a special that night with some very interesting flavors. I had the salmon and she had the crop burger. Everything was delicious. I can't wait to come back to Stowe and check out what new specials they have at Crop!"

"Had a wonderful Prix Fixe Easter Brunch for four! Only $25.00 each. Server Sarah was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I had the Steak and Lobster, perfectly cooked and the presentation on all of our plates was beautiful. The dinning room was lovely, with a wood burning fireplace."

"It was a joy to dine at Crop Bistro. The building fits well with the area. The menu is amazing being all the items are sourced locally. The wine list is extensive. The custom cocktail list uses flavors one would never think of."

"The atmosphere was rustic but contemporary, very welcoming and homey. They had great beer selections, both local and foreign, and the server was very knowledgeable about the options. Our food was delicious, with just a hint of the unexpected. It had a very fresh, homemade presentation, and we appreciate the focus on local quality ingredients. We left our experience feeling utterly satisfied and will definitely come back for more!"

"Food was excellent although my scallops could have been hotter- temp was a little too cool for me. Ambience- although we were in a section with very few other diners the hostess sat a a table of two families and 4 young children right next to us and the loud music from the bar- made the experience less than the quite dinner we were hoping for."

"Great food, service, ambience. fantastic old fashion! delicious dinner - had salmon special. salmon cooked perfectly (to order), husband had fish and chips which were delicious. waitress was terrific - overall i am sad i am not a local - we would eat there often!"
