Very charmed by the soaring space in this lovely dining room. My 80-something Mom remembers doing her banking here. All four diners at our table were very pleased with their entrees. The menu was interesting without being weird or pretentious, everything was expertly prepared and the service was wonderful--attentive but not intrusive. It may sound a little mundane, but the coffee was the best brew I've had in a long time. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again.

We went to Crop after a play in downtown Cleveland. It's hard to find a restaurant open later at night. When we arrived, we were about the only patrons in the restaurant and I was a little uncomfortable, feeling that we were keeping them from closing up. However, the staff was very gracious and accommodating. The food was excellent, as it always is at Crop Bistro. Creative menu in line with the season. It's always a pleasure to eat and drink here!

I loved my dinner; my husband did not care for his. The atmosphere is terrific, the service great; the manager came over and introduced himself. However, with a shared appetizer, a glass of wine each, a salad and a main course the total cost was $120 including tip. Definitely something for a special occasion, not just a Friday night out.

The fact that this beautiful restaurant used to be a bank built in the 1920's gives it such a unique back story that you can't help but love it. Add to that delicious, seasonal entrees and attentive, but not intrusive service, and this restaurant is a "MUST VISIT!" Perfect for dinner before a show or celebrating a special occasion with lots of possibilities for large groups.

Loved the look of Crop....lovely blend of old with new. Great high ceiling makes it spacious. The location is ideal for lunch...easy walk to the market and spice store. The turkey/cranberry lunch entrée was delicious and food presentation/tableware very well chosen. Our waiter was fine but maybe a little inexperienced. While I wouldn't like someone hovering, I wish he would've checked to see if we needed more coffee, wine, etc. after lunch. I found another waitress who gladly brought us 2nd rounds so we were satisfied. Also had difficulty finding parking, although it was the afternoon of 1st Cav's game. Will be back!

I was amazed by the excellent combination of flavors that I received. The flavors were perfectly blended to and I was blown away by gourmet style a simple recipe: chicken and waffles. The collard green mix that included onion and ham was savory and surprising. To top it all off, the plate was drizzled with some sort of maple syrup that complimented all flavors included. Furthermore, besides the amazing food, our server, Brad (I think that was his name), was personable, knowledgeable, friendly, informative and courteous. My girlfriend and I were celebrating our sixth anniversary as a couple and we just happen to stumble upon the restaurant online- I am very happy that I did. I will make sure to let everyone I know about Crop Bistro.

My meal: chile deviled egg with crispy prosciutto, seared ahi tuna, scallop in truffle cream sauce, beet salad with nut goat cheese and pear, crispy pork belly in a white bean and tomato cream sauce, and korean bbq short rib. For the scallop and the pork belly, the sauces weren't just complementary, they were the centerpiece of the courses, and boldly owned that stage. Don't get me wrong, the primaries were prepared very well, but, they were merely academy award nominees in a supporting role. The tuna was perfect - it was very tender and melted in your mouth. And the korean short rib simply fell apart right into the perfect pairing of coconut curry rice and wasabi kim chi. All in all a fantastic meal. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were looking to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary and had heard great things about Crop Bistro, so I decided to surprise him. We couldn't have had a better evening and dining experience. The food was out of this world...packed with interesting flavors and wonderful presentation. The entire staff was friendly and courteous; the hostesses, our great waitress, Cheryl, and the gentleman that poured our water and removed our dishes. Perhaps the coolest thing was to be eating dinner in a former bank building that was part of Cleveland's history. The interior was stunning and it is so nice that the owners kept the historic majesty of the original building. Crop Bistro shouldn't be missed. We are loyal fans now!

Peach flatbread had no taste - peaches not ripe at all - told manager - didn't offer anything else - think I did it too nicely, but he should've at least offered, no? Ran out of wine ordered - waiter offered a diff wine - good choice. Ordered truffle popcorn to go - got wrong one - gooey cheese/basil popcorn that was not only the wrong one, but just did NOT work at all. Chicken waffle very good - salads were, too. I'd try this, but stick with the chicken/salad combo.

The food and service was excellent. I had the short ribs and my wife had the beet salad and calamari. We were both thrilled with the quality, taste, and presentation of our meals. Our waitress and staff were attentive but not overbearing....perfection!!! The interior of the building is beautiful, but the high ceilings add to moderately high noise level. We were there with a group of 6 and is was difficult to hear others at our table at times. We have been to Crop several times and have never been disappointed. We stopped at a few surrounding establishments for cocktails both before and after dinner. The West Side Market area is great.

The food was the best, we had each an appetizer, scallops and my 22 year old son had calamari. For dinner we had Korean Ribs with coconut rice and Kim Chi, and Grilled C.A.B ribeye, both were wonderful. I had never had Kim Chi before, and was a bit worried about whether I would enjoy it-but it was excellent. I can't wait to have Kim Chi again. My son's meal was excellent and he couldn't even finish my meal, due to the amount of food. Beautiful historical building and wonderful staff. The manager made sure to stop and chat with each table, and since we were tourist he gave us some great tips of other places to visit and eat! Crop Bistro also carries Great Lakes, a local brew and my son enjoyed the beer with the meal.
