  • "I drove past this restaurant for the last 15+ years, always saying that I would try it one day. Finally we decided to stay local for a birthday dinner and give it try. We typically go with the upscale steak houses for birthday celebrations and Creeds did not disappoint with a slightly comparable food level. Where they did shine was in the price level. We probably got a similar dinner for a lot less money. We will be back again!!! Just wish we had not waited so long to try it!"

  • "We went to Creed's for our anniversary dinner. The decor fit right in with the location-historic, classic Valley Forge, which we enjoyed. The menu had a nice variety of both seafood and steaks, and the raw oyster/clam selection was enjoyable. The cocktails and wine were tasty. We especially liked the perfectly-sized portions of the meal, and the fact that the entrees already came with sides. Most steakhouses only have a la carte, family-style side selections. Also, the price was on par or better with other area steakhouses. Lastly, they provide a nice variety of coffee drinks and desserts, which is sometimes an afterthought. My only strike against Creeds is they did nothing special for our anniversary unlike some other dining venues."

  • "Creeds is an old restaurant. As soon as we walked in the foyer area the first thing that hit us was an old smell. An old musty smell in any establishment is never a good thing. Next we were greeted by the matradee who was friendly and polite. Our waiter took awhile to find us initially but once he found us he was nice and informative. Next we ordered wine which was very good. The bread plates were another representation of this restaurant being old, they were old and worn. Our small plates at home look much better. The bread was brought out and it was old and dry and simply not good. Appetizer was very good and our main course was ok but I expect more from a so called upscale restaurant. Just an okay place at best with a high dollar menu"

  • "The food was delicious and the service outstanding. It's not exactly a kid-friendly atmosphere, but we took our 1 1/2 year old. We were celebrating Father's Day and grandpa and Dad were there. They were so accommodating and nice. The food was outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to go back, but I would leave junior at home next time only because it's a little bit too upscale for children."

  • "We had reservations for 4 on Mother's Day. Reasonably priced for a buffet and entree. Usually closed on Sundays, they were open for the occasion. Nice ambiance, not real noisy, food was delicious and they had a nice selection of entrees, which also is in addition to the buffet selection- not an either/or choice."

  • "I took my wife to Creed's for her birthday, will not say which one. We live in King of Prussia and pass by Creed's twice going and returning from work, we have always wanted to try Creed's but just never seemed to have the time, her birthday provided the perfect opportunity. We were both delighted with the menu and wine list. Our server was knowledgeable and answered all our questions with a smile. The helpers were also extremely pleasant. My wife had the crab cakes and I the center cut filet. Each of our meals were excellent, we felt well attended to and never rushed. I would definitely return."

  • "Appetizer was spicy shrimp au gratin.Was tasty and would get again, perfect for two people.I had the lobster bisque soup, very good as well would recommend, not to spicey or heavy.Main course Grill Australian Barramuni blackened with the pear sauce.Fish was delicious, pear sauce wasn't as pear flavored as I thought it would be but my fish was blackened so that may be why,sauce was good none the less.also ordered Ribeye steak with crab cake.On steak ordered a bernaise sauce (very good) on crab cake think it was pomegranate gastric.Didn't care for sauce with crab cake,it took away from it and just didn't really care for in general. Dessert was pear tart, you must order this they make it fresh to order takes about 6-10 minutes but worth it OMG"

From the fresh raw bar, to the High Quality Sesame Seed Seared Tuna App (phenomenal) to the encrusted Lamb medallions, or the Grilled New Zealand Venison. During our visit the Red Snapper was a special and it was prepared perfect. On a previous visit we found the Italian side of the menu was quite good also. You really can't go wrong here. Average prices and portions prepared to perfection..... They would be served well by adding a Cappresse salad to the menu. The salad as an app would be a goodbalance to their entire menu. "

  • "I'm not easily impressed but this dinner was one of, if not the best I've ever experienced. Tuna appetizer was perfectly prepared and high quality. Our dinners were the same. Cippino broth was very tasty and all seafood was tender and fresh. My venter cut filet was perfectly prepared, melted in your mouth and flavorful brandy peppercorn sauce. Service was great as well.... friendly but not overly intrusive. The only comment is that without any wine our dinner was on the pricey side .... not a complaint just an observation. Great place. "

  • "We eat at Creed's when we are in the mood for fish and seafood. My friends enjoy the raw oysters. The food is good. The dining room with the fireplace and the bar are warm and inviting. The long, narrow dining room is bland and has been for years. A nice warm (burgundy) color on one or more of the walls (particle wall) would help. There doesn't seem to be much of a turn over in wait staff. They know their menu. We were very surprised when our waitress neatly crumbed the table and proceeded to sweep the crumbs from the table directly onto the carpeted floor, just missing the open purse of someone at the table. Two guests at the table each have 20+ years of restaurant service experience and we've never seen or done that before."

  • "I have dined at Creeds before, and always found the wait staff to be professional. The only comment I would have is, I felt a little rushed. Before I order, I like to drink my cocktail and, converse. The food as usual was excellent, I had the pork chop, and the chicken soup. The soup was a perfect temperature. What I have noticed in some restaurants is that the noise level, has become loud. Very, very loud, where you must shout at your fellow diners. That was not the case at Creeds"

  • "I have lived in this area forever and never tried this restaurant. Had a date come in from out of town and he asked me to make the reservation. So I called a concierge at a near by hotel and he recommended Creeds. So I said, let's give it a try. It is my new favorite restaurant. I LOVE good food and this place has it. Not only that, the menu is creative and exquisite. Honestly I have eaten at some great places. This one is on the top of my list. Thanks Creeds..... PS. The music was great!!"

  • "Creed's remains one of the area's better restaurants. We hadn't been there in a while but, when I began eating my Caesar salad, it was as tasty as I remembered. Our entrees were served promptly (they came out hot, a plus) and were really good. My wife's steak was perfectly prepared and my fish was presented well and tasted great too. Creed's can be a bit pricey but the food and service make you feel you're getting your money's worth."

  • "Went to Creed's on Thursday. Lively happy hour crowd at the bar. All three of us ordered the Ribeye. The steak was one of the best steaks I have had. On par with Ruth's Chris and other Prime steakhouse restaurants. The service was a great as the food. I travel every week throughout East coast. This was a real treat I will be back. I highly recommend the place."

  • "Our party of 4 dined here on a VERY busy Sat night. We had an 8pm reservation & were seated by 8:15'ish--the hostess was extremely apologetic for the delay-- we explained we truly didn't mind the wait, as we were enjoying cocktails & the live music in the cozy bar area--it was wonderful & our bartender was super nice & poured a healthy drink! Our waiter, Rob, was excellent & our food was outstanding...we cleaned our plates! They have an extensive wine list & a generous menu. Throughout our meal various staff members delivered food, bev's, filled water glasses, etc.--everyone was professional & friendly. Our courses were spaced nicely--we never felt rushed. They were very accommodating & allowed changes to the vegetable du jour! Great place!"

  • "Heather, the bartender, is welcoming, friendly, lively -- and makes the best concoctions ! For dinner, 3 of us had seafood, which was super, and one had the venison which was excellent. Top neck clams were fresh & delish. Food quality is top and portions are a nice size. Wait staff is professional. We love that it has different small rooms for dining, all nice, and that the bar has live music on Saturdays. Food & drink prices are fair for the quality."

  • "A wonderful alternative to the chain steakhouses such as Morton's, Ruth Chris, Capitol Grille, and Flemings. Privately owned and operated, Creed's delivers wonderful food with a large and varied menu of steaks, poultry and seafood. Prices are a notch below the chains and the food is comparable. Creed's sauces for its steaks are outstanding. Worth becoming a regular dining choice in the area."
