This is the third Crave location I have tried and the restaurant chain is rapidly becoming a regular stop on our trips. The food at Crave was Excellent! I had the Walleye, one of the largest walleyes I have ever received in a restaurant. I normally do not eat all my food but I could not stop - it was so delicious. My husband had the Parmesan Chicken Oscar and said it was excellent! The service was also great. Noise level is a bit too intense for us but we were put in a more quiet area of the restaurant so it worked out okay. It was a little dim in there for me to be able to read the menu. That was the only slight problem, which isn't much of anything. Very easy to converse, the waitress got all of our food right and the right bills to the right people without even asking "who had the ...." Gave us individual bills without asking. I was happy to see the list of local spring items and would have loved trying them, but they were a little on the spendy side. We ate some happy hour appetizers and ordered some salads. The salads (Well, at least my CRAVE salad, was WAAAAAAY to overdressed!) Usually when I go out, I ask for the dressing on the side anyways, but after having a few great hits with dressing/vinaigrette amounts on salads in other restaurants, I thought that the times had changed. Haha apparently not. The food is consistently well prepared and the variety of choices will satisfy the the most finicky of palettes. Crave is somewhat unique in that the offer a full sushi bar at their locations.
