My friend was running late but our server was really great and didn't leave me for too long. When my friend came or waitress was sure to come over right away to get in happy hour prices. It's exciting and playful with the patio doors open and sultry when the sun goes down. The service was friendly, helpful and personable; I have food allergies and was very well informed. The food itself, however was not very impressive. I work at Applebee's and our grilled chicken breast is miles better than the grilled chicken I had with my salad. We had a nice sized booth for the 6 of us. With curtains!, which we didn't shut. It was a little dim in there for me to be able to read the menu. That was the only slight problem, which isn't much of anything. Everyone else in their 40's had no problem, me being over 50 and without my glasses was the only one who could barely read it.
Very easy to converse, the waitress got all of our food right and the right bills to the right people without even asking "who had the ...." Gave us individual bills without asking. The food is consistently well prepared and the variety of choices will satisfy the the most finicky of palettes. Crave is somewhat unique in that the offer a full sushi bar at their locations. I've never been disappointed having frequented Crave about a dozen times over the past year. The deserts were a little disappointing for the price of the brunch. Service was outstanding. This restaurant was also very accommodating to a special diet request. We have been to three other Crave locations in the area and have enjoyed the food on busy weekends, but as often at most places dislike the noise levels.Lunch at Crave was much more relaxing and the food prepared equally as delicious.(I was concerned that dining at 2PM we may not get the quality of service and freshness of cusine) Happy to report we loved our food and my husband signed us for the monthly dining club as he was so elated over the best prepared walleye he had ever eaten!(he is very picky about his walleye).
