  • "I'll I can say is the food, the atmosphere & especially the service were outstanding! I'd highly recommend Crave for any event."

  • "We brought our French exchange student there for appetizers, and it was her favorite restaurant she had visited. She loved the food. I thought the service was great. I didn't really care for our table. Kind of stuffed in the corner but everything else made up for it. One of my favorites for sure."

  • "Everything from the service to the food was amazing. I had made reservations for a later time but decided to come early; they were very flexible and we got seated immediately. Even on a cheap budget, I found something within that budget and the item of my choice was amazingly good!"

  • "After a long day of work, we had a flavorful, eclectic, surprisingly unique meal. Started with Sushi rolls and Nigiri which some of our first time experiencers absolutely loved. Steak and fish was perfect. Finished off with dessert. I was a superstar for choosing the restaurant."

  • "We were seated inside the main restaurant - a calm, beautiful, relatively quiet oasis amid the noise/constant motion at the Mall of America. The restaurant also has an open "patio" that overlooks the amusement park. Our appetizer - crab stuffed shrimp, & main - chicken and roasted mushroom fettucini - were outstanding in flavor & appearance. The sauce on the pasta was extraordianary - a smooth Mornay sauce with perfect addition of herbs, just enough to make you want to keep tasting the flavors. Service timing was excellent, tea refills offered promptly, bill handled accurately. One stop-by from the manager, who also kindly and knowledgeably answered questions about the herbs and food prep before I left."

  • "Lunch menu is good with great variety and reasonable prices. Dinner is overpriced, unimpressive, slow service, limited choices. We noticed a server bringing out the wrong food to several tables. Very disappointing."

  • "We've eaten at 2 Craves since they opened up - MOA & Edina many times. Both have consistently been mediocre in presentation & taste. Last visit I ordered stir fry which looked thrown on the plate and was lukewarm to the taste. My husband ordered a hamburger and said that his side was lukewarm, too. This seems to be a common problem at least at these 2 sites. Too bad since it started out great...I guess they just don't care anymore. Server we had was excellent and that's what made the evening...not the food!"

  • "I've eaten at various Craves in the area - always a very consistently excellent experience. We were a group of ten, all had good things to say about the food; the server was great - attentive and even split the check 10 ways."

  • "Page our waitress was amazing. Food came out right away, but was hurried and tasted that way. Ribs (were on special) were tough and dry - strange."

  • "I took my family here from out of town and the lunch was outstanding and the service was great. The atmosphere was casual but classy and we enjoyed everything we ate."

  • "We had read the reviews about great food and poor service. Thought we'd try it anyway. Our reservation was for 9:30pm. We were seated promptly. First, the wine we ordered was not available. The appetizer was great. The blackened walleye was great too but my hamburger was overcooked and it was delivered with fries (I had ordered couscous). The waiter assistant took the plate back and my husband was done eating before my correctly prepared hamburger appeared 20+minutes later. Also, the couscous was delicious- but it was cold apparently it was supposed to be so, but I should have been told before I ordered it. There was no attempt to rectify anything for my wait."

  • "We really enjoyed out meal! They had a great selection for every type of meal preference. The ambiance was very nice and classy and our group was treated great. I would recommend this establishment to anyone!"

  • "the dining by the amusement park was TOO LOUD for visiting or a peaceful experience. our server was too busy so even tho she was nice, she was not attentive to our needs. Food was overall ok, but quite over priced for the value. we will not be rushing back to Crave. Our bill was &600 and our family would have been just as happy if we had gone to Chipotle! Or to those all you can eat sushi places for $25-30 per person! The few drinks we did get served were good and the rolls/sushi were good quality."

  • "After having a couple of pretty bad experiences at Crave MOA (primarily service related), and taking a bit of a break from them, they seem to have recollected themselves. We dined last Wednesday evening, and had a very enjoyable experience. The food was great, and the service (from Sarah) superb. Thanks, Crave. It's nice to have you back."

  • "Crave was recommended to us as a decent MOA restaurant, so when we had friends in town we thought we'd try it out. We were ignored at the door until the woman there finally deigned to notice us, then despite our reservation and the place being 1/10 full, we still had to wait for a table. Then we were eventually seated at a little round table that six adults clearly barely fit at, despite several better, roomier options being available. Our haughty server was barely present and we ended up having to ask someone else for more water. The only bright spot was the tasty food. So poor customer service, despite decent food means I doubt we will bother returning."

  • "We have been to this restaurant before and it is one of our favorites when visiting the Mall of America. Food, atmosphere, and service is always good. Love the fusion style menu."

  • "This was the highlight of our trip. When nothing else went right on our trip at least we could say the meal was excellent. Plenty of amazing food that catered to mine and my children's needs! If I had to say one negative I would say the kids chicken quesadilla is a touch too spicy for my 5 year old with a much simpler palate. This place was amazing though and will have to return when I am not pregnant for some of that sushi!"

  • "We received very, very good service from the hostess who kindly accommodated one of our group who was in a wheelchair to the server who knew her stuff. She was very thorough with her recommendations and although none of us drank wine, she explained the wine choices very well. The hardest part of the dinner was the noise. Thankfully we were seated at a round table and could sort of hear each other the noise around us was very distracting. Thank goodness we couldn't hear any music that would have been worse. The food was good, but not the tasty treat I was expecting. Two of us had the walleye and one plate had a perfectly presented fillet and the other plate looked like pieces pushed together. The other guests enjoyed their dinners."

  • "Returned here for lunch after having a wonderful dinner a month or so before. Must have been a different chef. The food lacked seasoning. If I had this meal the last time I was here I would not have returned. Disappointing because we had invited friends to join us this time."

  • "CRAVE - Mall of America location. Great food, especially their Sushi. We sat as a large group in the restaurant annex across the walkway with the Amusement Park as a backdrop. We heard plenty of screams and rushing railcars. Noisy. but unique. Good service."

  • "For a Wednesday night. The service was slow. Appetizer ,chicken wings ANC calimar were on the cool side. Didn't Send back waited long enough for first round. Crab crusted filets were also on the cool side. Not used to this type of service from them"

  • "Disappointed that for the father's day special they were not keeping up with the advertised meal, it was a 40 minute wait, chose another meal and ended up waiting 40 minutes for that food as well. The staff realized the frustration and discounted our bill 50% and gave free deserts, but we really went for the special and we were disappointed. I would come back, the food is very good. I just hope that they are better prepared the next special occasion."

  • "We were there pretty late and by the time it came to dessert they were out of everything except shooters. Normally I wouldn't care but it was our anniversary and we had saved room for dessert. Otherwise everything was great."

  • "We always meet at Crave when our Saturday conference breaks for lunch. It has an affordable menu of healthy and tasty food. It is nice for the group. They get us in and out and back on time!"

  • "I love CRAVE! I thought the food was a little better the Minneapolis location, and I didn't really like sitting in the hallway area at the mall cause the lighting was different and you could hear rides and kids screaming. It kind of changes the mood of a date. But overall, I had a good experience. The food and service were both good. I love going to CRAVE for the sushi."

  • "CRAVE is a great place to have a great dinner! My wife and I were introduced to the beef tacos as an APP and the tacos were amazing!!! Great recommendation by our server. Thank You so much!"

  • "Another solid Mall of America pick. The menu is interesting in that a large portion is dedicated to sushi and the other half to more traditional fare. So if part of the group really is into sushi while the others (or the kids) are not, this is a great place to consider. The service is quick and friendly. If you are going with hungry and tired kids a nice touch is that they start kids with a fresh fruit cup and a kids menu with lots of activities. Drinks and appetizers are relatively pricy, they don't encourage you to linger. "

  • "I travel extensively for work and love the diversity in food available at Crave. You can order a top quality Sushi for an appy and a fantastic steak for your entree. "

  • "Crave is a go-to spot for us when we want a good glass of wine, an interesting cocktail, and some fun appetizers. We had a great time, as always. The service was particularly good. Was your name Ozzie?"

  • "We've been to other Crave locations, but this was first time at the MOA restaurant and I'll definitely return. Same delicious menu, well-prepared food. Nice lighting and decor. Happily surprised that it was quiet enough for easy conversation, despite a good lunch crowd. Service was prompt enough that this would have been just fine for a work lunch break. But as we ate it seemed rushed and conversation-interrupting for our more leisurely pace. Two "how's lunch" stops from manager and I had to defend my unfinished meal twice from server. Perhaps give servers a clear verbal cue for whether or not you're on a tight lunch break."

  • "We love the consistently great quality of food at Crave. I always get my favorite - the Bamboo Bite sushi roll, while my husband usually tries different things. We have never been disappointed. On the rare occasions that he gets something not quite to his liking (too spicy), a simple remark to the wait staff will always get the issue resolved. We try to get to Crave at the Mall of America in Minnesota for lunch at least once a week! "

  • "My family of 5 had dinner at Crave Sunday evening while on vacation. The only negative thing I can say is that it was in a mall. However, once we were seated, it was easy to forget where we were. The server was fantastic, quick and accurate, friendly and engaging. We enjoyed her suggestions and the resulting meal. The food was great. If you want a cheap meal, go to the food court. I knew what I was expecting, so feel I got my money's worth. We'll come back next vacation."

  • "I've has good experiences at this restaurant/location in the past but our experience this time was horrible. Long waits and errors. We were very patient as the waitstaff was sweet however this was unacceptable. The manager needs to do a better job training and keeping an eye on what is happening in the restaurant. "
