  • "Four of us were seated toward the back of the restaurant. Our waiters were friendly, but rushed. We enjoyed 5/6 sushi rolls that we ordered, and were pleased with the "boat" presentation. Overall, we had a nice experience and will come back."

  • "Tried to have date night with my husband. Made reservations 3 weeks in advanced. When we arrived we were taken to the bar four seats. I informed them that this was not suitable for us, as it was to Loud. And it was during the NCAA tournaments. I asked if we could get another seat, when the waitress returned, she informed us that it would be about an hour an 15 min. They did not waver on the time. I took my phone out, called another restaurant on the banks and was able to get a table within 30 minutes. They did not seem to care. Therefore I will not be returning back to this restaurant again. • "My husband and I went to Crave for our anniversary. I requested a seat in the dining room upon making our reservation. Our request was honored but the atmosphere was still incredibly noisy. The music was booming across the restaurant and you had to speak loudly to compete with it. We ordered crab stuffed shrimp for starters - delish! My husband had Ahi Tuna and I had the Geisha boat. The tuna was good but small and the sushi was enjoyable but I've had better. The server brought a small piece of chocolate cake wishing us a Happy Anniversary, which was a nice gesture. Ladies restroom was surprisingly dirty - like your run of the mill bar but with updated fixtures! Nice menu and venue, but not a spot for a romantic dinner."

  • "Food is excellant is service was generally good but it took forever to get our drinks. Apitizers that we ordered after our drink order was taken and water delivered, came out before we had drinks. Basically, we just didn't like how the tables were practically on top of each other. Felt crowded not private at all. In fact, they first tried to seat us in a little two top that looks as if it were an afterthought placed in a walkway. People were standing all around it and wait staff placing orders across form it. They actually looked put out when we requested another table (we did have a reservation too). So, I think I'll stick with going there for happy hour and maybe lunch but not for date night."

  • "The server was polite, informative, and attentive. The drink she recommended (The Angry Dragon Martini) was by far one of the desk drinks I've ever had! Our server even printed the drink recipe out for me so I could make them at home! Our appetizer was delivered promptly and it was hot and delicious!! Our entrées were absolutely fantastic, hot, and fresh! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!!"

  • "My husband and I went for my birthday, and overall had a great experience. Our server was fantastically attentive and helpful despite being incredibly busy; he even allowed us to use a coupon that we hadn't known would not technically apply to what we ordered. I had the *crab encrusted filet mignon*; it was cooked perfectly (and I am VERY picky about my steaks), well-seasons, and the crab crust and lobster cream were divine. The asparagus was also delicious, but my buttermilk mashed potatoes were rather dry. My husband ordered 3 sushi rolls, which, while of good quality fish, were unexciting and somewhat bland. He's generally easy to please so it means something that he was underwhelmed by the sushi."

  • "The ambiance is cool. Our server seemed new and didn't know the menu well. We ordered sushi. It was subpar compared to the Thai place near our house. I love sushi and I didn't even want to finish mine. The crave salad was good and the friends we were with ordered flatbreads, which they said was great. Overall, I would say it's overpriced, and the food isn't really living up. They might have a few gems on the menu, but order carefully. Stick to salad and flatbread."

  • "Definitely will return. To keep it simple, the food and service was good. Plenty of space for 5 of us in the booth. Hard to beat the parking and elevator especially if you have elderly parents with you."

  • "Menu has so many food options. The Kogi beef tacos were amazing and our waiter was awesome!"

  • "I ordered the "volcano" and asked the server, "So, is this kind of like a food sculpture?" Our server said, "yes." So I was expecting a substantial entree. But the volcano seemed more like an anthill, much to my disappointment. Frankly, it doesn't usually take much to fill my stomach because I have a small frame. But this tiny morsel wasn't enough to put a dent in my hunger at all.! Still, the food was very tasty, was presented nicely and the service was good, although not exceptional. My dining partners chose entrees that were more filling, thankfully for them. The menu is rather large and took us awhile to decide on our orders. The key lime and salted caramel mousse desserts were bland. Still, we will go back."

  • "I took my fiance here for his 32nd birthday before the Reds game & the food & service were amazing! Our server was so attentive & everything came out quick. We ordered the beef sliders as an appetizer & they were delicious! Juicy, flavorful & just what we wanted for Reds Opening Night. We ordered the beef short rib tacos & filet mignon for dinner. The tacos were spectacular! The filet came with butter mashed potatoes & asparagus which were awesome, but the filet, despite being juicy & cooked medium, lacked flavor. It just tasted charred on the outside & didn't have any type of rub or seasoning that we could taste. For $30+ it wasn't really worth it. Overall, amazing experience & definitely a fun place for date night. I highly recommend it!"

  • "We all had an awesome time and would highly recommend this restaurant to others!! We had a reservation and were seated right away. The ambiance was wonderful. The selection and freshness of the food was awesome at the brunch. We already decided we wanted to go back. I have a friend who loves sushi and I already talked to her about going to Crave to try theirs on a Sunday. I think this might be my favorite place down at the Banks to eat! Loved it:))"

  • "food hands down fantastic, but the drinks weren’t that good. specifically the house beer tasted a lot like soy sauce. My suggestion is if you drink there get a martini just not the beer"

  • "A group of 6 of us went after seeing a play on a Sunday afternoon. We had reservations for 5pm but they let us check in early. We were waited on promptly, served promptly and with a friendly smile. Food was good. Part of the order was missing but brought out as soon as we mentioned it. My granddaughter was with us, kids are supposed to eat free on Sunday but we were charged. They apologized as soon as it was brought to their attention and the bill adjusted. I will go back and I will recommend it to others."

  • "I had dinner with a date and her parents exactly a year ago and had a great experience. Energetic atmosphere and enthusiastic staff. Not to mention delicious food. I ended up asking her to be my girlfriend that night. I took her again for our anniversary, just the two of us for the first time since. Again great experience! The kogi beef tacos were on point! Couldve eaten 3 plates full!"

  • "We went to Crave after aa play, but during March Madness. The shift in ambience was noticed:) Lively, but civil. Couples and groups. Menu was a bit confusing. Billed as American, but many Asian offerings. I chose a tuna appetizer and Asian salad. both were very good. Our table had a wobble and the busboy did not give up until he fixed it. High marks for that. Server was attentive."

  • "The food was great and our server was very good. One big complaint, we made reservations for 3 on a Sat. night for 7:30. We kept getting passed over. The bar was very crowded and there was no place to stand. Finally at 7:45 we got the attention of the hostess who apologized and seated us immediately."
