  • "This is our second time to Craftsteak and it was just as good as the first time, two years ago!! The steak was perfect. My wife's scallops were also perfectly done. The service was attentive and friendly; great waiter. I would recommend this as one of the best steak restaurants I have ever been to."

  • "Visited and stayed at the hotel. Brought three kids with me and had no problem ordering off the menu. no kids menu of course. Staff was very friendly and accommodating."

  • "Our experience at CraftSteak was awesome. The service was top notch. Everyone, from the hostess at the front to the sommelier to the servers, were so nice and helpful. The side dishes were very good, and the steaks were perfecty cooked. It was a great experience for our first visit!"

  • "We go to Craftsteak almost every time we are in Vegas, it never disappoints. The best dish on the menu is the shortribs--my son loves them. The Wagyu tartare is also a gem. I have never eaten anything there that was less than fabulous."

  • "Simply outstanding in every way. We,started out with a selection of oysters. We then had an off the menu roasted bone marrow appitiser. Then, my wife nad I could not decide, we shared the ribeys, the wagyu shirt steak and the 24 hour short rib. all were outstanding. the best short rib I have ever had, and the best steaks other than in Tokyo's NY Grill. finished with chocolate soufle. We have already made our next reservation."

  • "It was the most delicious food and the service was amazing! I will be returning and recommend friends, family, and strangers to eat here as well."

  • "The food and service were incredible! Our steaks and sides (assorted mushrooms and risotto) were cooked to perfection. We're just sorry we were too full to order the highly recommended monkey bread for dessert."

  • "Having grown up in Chicago and living the majority of my life in the Midwest, I believe I know a good steak. Craftsteak was highly recommended, but I took it with a grain of salt. What a pleasant surprise when your meal exceeds expectations. Everything was top flight (salads, sides, drinks, etc..) and the steak was absolutely amazing. And we didn't even go for the high end Wagyu beef. Can easily say it is in the top 5 steaks I've ever had and has an argument for the top spot. If you want a steak when you're in Vegas, this is it, period. Excellent service to boot."

  • "The food was superb! We wanted to do the tasting menu, but it would have been so much food, so we opted to order a la carte. We got the tartare, lobster bisque to start and then surf and turf and flat iron for mains with a side of assorted mushrooms. We were stuffed, but couldn't pass up the monkey bread dessert. All the reviews said it was to die for, and it was!! Definitely worth the cost! Would go back and try the tasting menu at so e point."

  • "Not what I assumed at a Steakhouse in Vegas. Steak was improperly cooked, and the waiter questioned me. This was after the entire MGM apparently lost gas and we waited for around 45 minutes to eat. No apologies offered. For a Steak at that price, I expect to be elated."

  • "Was a little expensive but so worth it! Will for sure dine there again when we are in town!"

  • "I was looking for somewhere nice to take my wife for our anniversary and Craftsteak did not disappoint... We had a party of four and two of us took the waiter's recommendation for the Chef's selection. It was a much better deal than the a la carte offerings and gave us a better variety for sampling. The ambience was modern and classy. Staff was professional and friendly. Steaks were excellent though I would recommend against getting a roasted steak done well. It was a bit on the dry side. Dinner for two was $300 so not within my budget for a regular spot."

  • "I took my girlfriend here for her birthday. The wait staff was outstanding and the food was excellent. Our drinks never got lower than half full. She ordered a NY strip and I the 2 1/2 lb lobster. We loved everything. Highly recommended although be aware it is pricey."

  • "My Friend and I split the filet mignon which was delicious. The duck however was too chewy and not very enjoyable, not what I'm used to. The service was wonderful, and everyone was very helpful."

  • "My wife and I wanted a romantic and tasty dinner for our 10yr anniversary and we got it. The surf & turf and flat iron was delicious. Great presentation, cooked as ordered, savory, a foodies expectation."

  • "the table could not contain its enthusiasm as each dish was sampled - Top 5 for steak - delicious sides - service is impeccable! Monkey bread is a "do not miss"!"

  • "We had been to Craftsteak about 4 years ago, and had such a great experience that I wanted to go back. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. We had a reservation, but were seated in the area by the bar with a view of people walking through the shops. Not romantic. We were quickly reseated. So no big deal- but just a note, save the crappy seats for walk-ins. Our waiter came to take our order (Joe H?, Team #4). He was apathetic about his job. Took our order and never saw him again until he brought the bill. However, the assistant servers were very attentive. My filet was wonderful, the fresh bread divine, but my asparagus was plain and overcooked…and at $15 that is just not ok. Chocolate soufflé was good. Won't be back though."

  • "What a terrific meal - Being more of a seafood fan, from Oysters to Calamari to a main course of diver Scallops - outstanding. Exceptional wine list as well"

  • "We had eaten at Craftsteak once several years ago and remembered it as being outstanding. This time, not so much. First, there was so much confusion as to how to order. Due to our waiters' recommendation we went with the option to choose our steak and allow the chef to choose the first and third courses. Although the food was plentiful, it was just ok. The waiters assured us that we would have their very best dishes. For appetizers we had a shrimp cocktail, prosciutto with figs, Caesar salad, and a plate of tomatoes with olive oil. The steaks we chose were just ok and more rare than medium - sides were not memorable. Desserts were good, but nothing memorable. With a bottle of wine, our bill came to almost $600. Way overpriced!"

  • "Very expensive and mediocre like everything else in town. A nice experience, to be sure, but nothing special for the money. And what's this wagyu (not Kobe, now, for goodness sake) beef at $200+, pleeeeease..........."

  • "Craftsteak was absolutely amazing! Our servers were outstanding - attentive, helpful and efficient. The food was cooked to perfection. Eating gluten free was easy as most items were already gluten free (once you get past the heavenly smell of the bread served before the meal that was of course, gluten full). We liked the family style sides so we could share and try a variety of dishes. We had a lot of good meals in Vegas, but this was our favorite."

  • "The filet and ribeye were amazing - cooked perfectly: seared the right amount on the outside the right amount of pink on the inside. I will definitely go back!!"

  • "From the moment you are seated until you walk out, memories are made of the experience. Selecting Chef's Choice brings surprise after surprise. Steaks and sides were fantastic. They are sandwiched between appetizers that tease what is to come and the decadent desserts that complete the memory. What is especially enduring is watching expressions of our first time guests. They did not have a clue."

  • "Booked our reservation via internet from England for 20:45 arrived on time, informed table was not ready offered either to sit at bar or wait outside as an older person I do not like sitting at bars so chose to wait outside although this was our choice I did not feel welcomed to the restaurant, however once seat the experience changed we were introduced to Marvin and the other staff who were all very attentive and helpful. Service could not be faulted, food excellent my steak done to perfection, wine list extensive but very affordable in comparison to the same level of restaurant in th UK. This is our second visit to Craftsteak the first two years ago and the experience remains excellent."

  • "If you're looking for a steakhouse that breaks the mold, but retains some of the traditions, you'll love Craftsteak. The dining experience is fantastic, minus one thing - I found the tables a bit too close to each other. In every other respect, the waiter service, visual elements, food plating, etc. were all top shelf. Salads and appetizers were outstanding, in particular the seafood sampler. The cerviche-like lobster salad included in the sampler was amazing! For a main dish I had the scallops, which were the most buttery, perfectly cooked morsels I've ever eaten. Others in our party had steak and duck. Everyone raved and couldn't wait to share their plates. For side dishes, the stand-out was the white corn grits."

  • "We went to Craft Steak with a party of 6. We ordered 3 of the domestic wagu flank steak and several sides that we split among all of us. The steak was the best I ever had. It was cooked to perfection and literally melted in our mouths. Highly reccomend this restaurant."

  • "craft steak was amazing! The best tasting food thus far in my 54 years! worth every penny that we paid. Huge portions. My wife and i should have spit some. Great cocktails as well. If you are ever in Vegas, it is worth the money to make a reservation and see what you have been missing. I will go back next time in town"

  • "If you love steak, you have GOT to try this place. By far, the best steak I have ever had. And everyone dining at my table agreed. Top quality. First off, our service was impeccable. We arrived a bit early for our reservation, but were seated promptly anyway. Our waiter was just perfect. Very attentive but without over crowding us. There were three of us there, and 2 ordered the ribeye (based off the reviews online) and I ordered the filet. We also ordered mushrooms, something with "hen" in the title although I cant remember the exact name. Delicious. Our steaks were so tender, so juicy, I seriously have NO complaints. I would highly recommend!! If you are looking for a prime steakhouse experience, this is the place for you!"

  • "The food here is quite expensive for steak, vegetables and starch. If there were a chef preparing amazing flavors I'd say it was worth it, but it really isn't. The steak was excellent - perfectly cooked an spiced, but the $15 asparagus were boring with no real flavor. The bib salad with bacon and blue cheese was overdressed and the bacon tasted like it was sitting around for a while. Not a huge selection of wines by the glass. The Silver Oak Cab was very nice but expensive at $35 per glass. The service was amazing and had no problem splitting the meal for us. We split all the courses and the bill was still $200. Granted the alcohol was $100 of it. Overall perfect except the price."
