  • "The food was excellent. The restaurant was busy so the service was a little slow. We come here often and we will come again."

  • "Didn't knock my socks off but good. I had the roasted Tbone. Medium rare and was perfect. The juice I'm the pan was the best part. Great cut of meat. Corn side dish was excellent, potatoes au gratin pretty good, asparagus just OK. Had a Crown Royal Manhattan the was really good. Bottle of Malbec was really good as well but could have been colder ( room temp is 68) . l'd go back again and try the filet."

  • "Staff was great, food was great, awesome environment. I would go here again"

  • "The best salads, we usually order 2 or 3 to start and one instead of cooked vegetable to accompany the steak. Cucumber salad, tomato salad and arugula are outstanding!!! The whole menu pretty much is great! Steaks are hormone free and delish! Don't pass up Dessert. Go! Go! Run!!"

  • "Hands down, my dinner experience at Craftsteak was the best that I have ever experienced in my lifetime. The wagyu steak was so tender that my knife sliced through it like it was butter."
    Dined on 8/15/2014
  • "Steak was normal grocery store quality (USDA Choice). Nothing special. Lacked seasoning very bland (salt, pepper.) Tables for two include one chair and a bench seat. Not romantic. Wait staff is pushy. Overall the experience is blah and forgettable if not disappointing. You leave wanting your wasted time back."

  • "My wife and I ordered the Chef's pre-fixe menu with the Waygu beef, and as if that wasn't enough, we had the pleasure of enjoying quite possibly the best flavors of every course either of us have ever tasted. This is the best menu we have ever had the pleasure of trying. Absolutely amazing!"

  • "The service was excellent. The bartender Alexis was wonderful she made us feel so comfortable we almost ate at the bar because we didn't want to leave. She recommended a great wine, and our waiter was so efficient and friendly that the entire experience left us wanting to go back again the next night. The food was perfect."

  • "I expected great food and that expectation was certainly met. While the did was great, the service is worth mentioning. Exceptional. Servers were attentive and helpful without any air of pretension."

  • "I was a bit skeptical of the whole celebrity chef restaurant experience, as I have eaten in some fine steakhouses all across the US. However, after visiting CraftSteak in Las Vegas, I begin to see why these chef's become celebrities. Our experience from walking up to the hostess stand and being seating within 2 mins of our reservations being verified, to the prompt attention of our head waiter and the introduction of the other two waiters helping him out at our table, the explanation of the menu and wine list all the way to the end of the meal was just fantastic. This is how dining was meant to be. There is no rush on the dining experience, our 2 hour meal was exactly the way it should be in a restaurant of this quality. Thank you!"

  • "I usually order ribeye steak every steakhouse I go to. Has to be the saltiest and toughest ribeye I ever had. I understand it wasn't the priciest ribeye on the menu, but it wasn't the cheapest steak on the menu. Will probably will never comeback."

  • "We arrived almost at 10 o'clock with my 10 years old starving, the Service was Kind, and the steaks also very good, Thank's!!"

  • "I took business clients to dinner. 6 of us total. Large guys and we were jammed into a booth. With the various courses we had NO WHERE to put everything. We ordered a bottle of wine for the salads and another for the entrees. They were poured after we finished each course. Could not find anyone to help us. If the waiter came to the table he did not stay long enough for us to actually talk to him. Food was good, but the rest was lacking. Tip was automatically added to the bill. Since I did not want to make a scene in front of clients I paid the bill. BUT would not have left such a large tip."

  • "Took my wife for our anniversary dinner. The food was fantastic. My wife had the filet and I had the 18oz rib eye. You know the wine list is extensive when the table of contents is multiple pages. To finish off the night, we had the souffle. The restaurant made this a special night for us and the service was great. We will be going back again and again."

  • "We were 15 minutes early and had an additional guest join us at the last minute. Hostess was friendly and accommodating. Our server, Edgar was excellent as he was friendly, detailed, and timely. Food was deliciously prepared. Tender, juicy rib eyes. Excellent scallops. Lobster bisque was lukewarm though. All the tables were occupied but the restaurant and the staff did not appear rushed or hectic. The restaurant ambiance was relaxed and perfect for a group dinner. Definitely worth numerous recommendations."

  • "We went for my boyfriend's 30th birthday and it was truly special. We got the domestic filet mignon and it was the best steak we all ever had. Drinks were delicious - pear martini. The chocolate soufflé was to die for. We can't wait to return and try the wagyu."

  • "If you appreciate quality food done perfectly in a 5 star setting without a stuffy wait staff, this restaurant is a must not miss. Everything was flawless and the Wagyu is to die for. The staff is helpful, not overbearing, and very accomodating. Good luck finding a better steakhouse in Vegas."

  • "The service was impeccable. The food was great. The sommelier did a wonderful job. The whole meal was a complete joy. There were a couple of minor flaws but overall an excellent dining experience."

  • "This was the second Craft I've eaten at, after the Craft in LA. Craft LA was sublime, while Craftsteak Las Vegas was merely excellent. I know it sounds weird to call something "merely excellent," but that's how I felt about the meal. Everything was VERY good, but there was not a magical spark. I absolutely felt like I got my money's worth, however, and I especially recommend the braised short ribs, which were as good as advertised."

  • "Nothing in particular I can fault, just didn't think the meal lived up to the prices. The food certainly wasn't poor or even mediocre, just didn't leave me wanting a return visit. A bit stuffy for my taste."

  • "Every time I go to Vegas I eat at Craftsteak. The food is always perfectly cooked and the service is top notch."

  • "This is our second time to Craftsteak and it was just as good as the first time, two years ago!! The steak was perfect. My wife's scallops were also perfectly done. The service was attentive and friendly; great waiter. I would recommend this as one of the best steak restaurants I have ever been to."

  • "Our experience at CraftSteak was awesome. The service was top notch. Everyone, from the hostess at the front to the sommelier to the servers, were so nice and helpful. The side dishes were very good, and the steaks were perfecty cooked. It was a great experience for our first visit!"

  • "We go to Craftsteak almost every time we are in Vegas, it never disappoints. The best dish on the menu is the shortribs--my son loves them. The Wagyu tartare is also a gem. I have never eaten anything there that was less than fabulous."

  • "Simply outstanding in every way. We,started out with a selection of oysters. We then had an off the menu roasted bone marrow appitiser. Then, my wife nad I could not decide, we shared the ribeys, the wagyu shirt steak and the 24 hour short rib. all were outstanding. the best short rib I have ever had, and the best steaks other than in Tokyo's NY Grill. finished with chocolate soufle. We have already made our next reservation."

  • "Food and atmosphere was very good, though the service left something to be desired. Definitely not what I expected from such an upscale restaurant. My lobster bisque appetizer arrived just minutes before the entrees arrived. This left me rushing to finish my soup before my steak cooled too much. At most any other nice restaurant I've been to, with a mishap like that, they would have taken the bisque off the bill, or at least offered a complimentary dessert in apology. But the waiter didn't even offer an apology. It was rather disappointing. The steak was good, though not great. For the price paid, I expected a little more. Did not compare to the Top of The World at the Stratosphere."

  • "It was the most delicious food and the service was amazing! I will be returning and recommend friends, family, and strangers to eat here as well."

  • "The food and service were incredible! Our steaks and sides (assorted mushrooms and risotto) were cooked to perfection. We're just sorry we were too full to order the highly recommended monkey bread for dessert."
    Dined on 7/18/2014
  • "Having grown up in Chicago and living the majority of my life in the Midwest, I believe I know a good steak. Craftsteak was highly recommended, but I took it with a grain of salt. What a pleasant surprise when your meal exceeds expectations. Everything was top flight (salads, sides, drinks, etc..) and the steak was absolutely amazing. And we didn't even go for the high end Wagyu beef. Can easily say it is in the top 5 steaks I've ever had and has an argument for the top spot. If you want a steak when you're in Vegas, this is it, period. Excellent service to boot."

  • "The food was superb! We wanted to do the tasting menu, but it would have been so much food, so we opted to order a la carte. We got the tartare, lobster bisque to start and then surf and turf and flat iron for mains with a side of assorted mushrooms. We were stuffed, but couldn't pass up the monkey bread dessert. All the reviews said it was to die for, and it was!! Definitely worth the cost! Would go back and try the tasting menu at so e point."

  • "Not what I assumed at a Steakhouse in Vegas. Steak was improperly cooked, and the waiter questioned me. This was after the entire MGM apparently lost gas and we waited for around 45 minutes to eat. No apologies offered. For a Steak at that price, I expect to be elated."
    Dined on 7/14/2014
  • "Was a little expensive but so worth it! Will for sure dine there again when we are in town!"

  • "I was looking for somewhere nice to take my wife for our anniversary and Craftsteak did not disappoint... We had a party of four and two of us took the waiter's recommendation for the Chef's selection. It was a much better deal than the a la carte offerings and gave us a better variety for sampling. The ambience was modern and classy. Staff was professional and friendly. Steaks were excellent though I would recommend against getting a roasted steak done well. It was a bit on the dry side. Dinner for two was $300 so not within my budget for a regular spot."

  • "Food did not meet expectations. Wasn't as good as many Vegas Steakhouses."
