"We had a 12:45 pm reservation for brunch on Easter. We could not even get to the hostess station until 1:15 b/c the line was so long and the host frequently left the station. The host seated guests who did not have reservations before those who did (like us). They were clearly not prepared for the number of guests to seat or to serve food. They ran out of crab, shrimp and even plates on the buffet. Our server was nice and did the best he could. They should't have made so many reservations if they did not have the staff to serve the guests. The two musicians were talented and it helped us from just getting up and leaving."

"Maybe because it was Easter but the brunch seemed to be very disorganized. The food was of lower quality and in some cases not cooked Throughout. The staff wad good not great, this is not a placed that I will return to."

"We went for the Sunday brunch. There is a lot of seafood available, which I do not particularly enjoy, but there are a decent amount of non-seafood options as well. It is not a bad deal for about $20 all you can eat buffet and all you can drink mimosa's. The bacon was a little undercooked, but it was steal a pretty good value."

"Great atmosphere and decent food for a brunch buffet. The only downfall is that there was only one person handling the omelette/waffle/pancake/french toast station. Too much for one person to handle. This made for a while to wait if you wanted any of these items."

"The food was good, our server was lax considering the atmosphere the restaurant attempted to give off. I ordered crablegs, but requested a condiment that the server was unfamiliar with. He apparently kept forgetting before admitting he didnt know what I was askong for...by time he gave it to me my$30 crablegs and butter were cold. It shouldve taken 30 seconds not 10 or 15 minutes. I would go back for the quality of food though."

"Over rated and the owners are trying to make a asian buffet level restaurant into a fine dining experience. Fancy menu cover with interior pages in plastic liners do not work together. Neither does fancy plates and miss matched silver wear Timing of the meal was way too fast and and empty wine bottle should never be left on the table during dessert. Warm bread with butter in a fast food plastic container."

"The fish was fantastic, but for being named "The Crabcake Factory," you can't have crabcakes that are more breading that crab (especially charging the prices they charge). I may be biased being from maryland, but a crab cake should not be dominated by breading. The salsa accompanying it was great.

Also, the prices were too expensive for the quality of the food and dining experience. It was not too loud and it was nice to be able to talk with your table."
