Coyote Cafe continues to be Santa Fe's most famous and celebrated restaurant, feted by critics and return visitors alike. We are celebrating our 20th year! Joining Coyote Cafe as Executive Chef/Owner is world renowned chef Eric Distefano (formerly of Geronimo) Chef DiStefano brings with him his contemporary global style of cooking that has French Asian influences accompanied with Coyote Cafe's known Southwestern Style. Must-have dishes include Griddled Buttermilk Corn Cakes with Chipotle Prawns and the legendary grilled 24 ounce "Cowboy Cut" Dry Aged Rib eye. Distefano brings along his signature dish, Peppery Elk Tenderloin, a definite favorite! Try the Miso Crusted Sea Bass, Jalapeno Beef Tartare and Five Spice Rotisserie Rock Hen with Green Chile "Mac 'n Cheese".
