  • "We are locals here. Have eaten here numerous times. Too many to count. Every time, the food and service we received has been impeccable. One of our favorite Restaurants. Highly recommend. Kudos to the Seminole Indians! Also, have been to other Hard Rock Hotels (Las Vegas) & we can tell you, the Seminole Indians Restaurants, Hotels, Casinos, etc. can't be beat! They do everything above ALL the rest!"

  • "The food is good but not worth the increased prices."
    Dined on 4/6/2014
  • "Food average for the price. Main course very pricey and then you have to add on sides. Would rather have gone to Tropical Acres in Ft Lauderdale for steak quality and value. Service was excellent."

  • "The food and service are second to none. However, it is far too noisy to be considered romantic, or good for groups. The location is fantastic. Above all, we will return because the food is so good."

  • "Had wine tasting during our dinner that we were not part of. Should of told us."

  • "For the good part!!!! The food portion is very large. My husband steak was Cook well!!! For the not so pleasant part!!! Very noisy more like a bar scene, not recommended for romantic dinner. Had a reservation but had to wait 20 minutes before seated. Then the waiter took another 15 minutes before ask us for a drink order Maybe I just went on a bad night for my first experience I would not return."

  • "We started with the oysters rockefeller and they were excellent- the cheese sauce was delicate and very tastey. Our entree was the seafood sampler and it was a lot of fresh wonderful seafood with lovely sauces. It was plenty for the 2 of us. The mojito martini was a very nice. After dinner we listened to the jazz music in the bar which was a huge bonus. We really had a great time here!!"

  • "This is the third time I've gone for brunch in the last 2 months. This last time was AMAZING! They added dishes that they hadn't had before. The LAMB TIPS were AMAZINGGGGGGG. Keep them for each brunch! Shrimp is out of this world and every dessert is to die for. Incredible Council Oak! You keep getting better and better!"

  • "Food was good, triple tail slightly over-cooked but everything else was enjoyable. Wine list is a bit rich at 400% of retail but had some very good choices. Service was great and we were seated at our reservation time."

  • "If you are staying at the Hard Rock hotel and looking for a gourmet experience, look elsewhere. Service was dismal from the waitress who had to look at her notes for specials to delivering our entrees while we were just starting our salads. I do not want a $55 steak (sides are extra) served in a rush like they needed to turn over tables. Atmosphere was decent, food too expensive for the quality, service terrible and amateur."
    Dined on 3/16/2014
  • "I had the Filet Mignon and it was cooked to perfection! The asparagus was very good too. The service was excellent - attentive, but not overbearing. I had a wonderful meal and experience. I can't wait to go back again."
    Dined on 3/18/2014
  • "I was there for my birthday dinner. The food was ok and the asparagus I sent back, tasted like rubber! The waiter was unfriendly and did not even take the time to wish me a Happy Birthday. The hostess was just as cold as my waiter. It was like they were doing me a favor just being there. I was really turned off by your staff. I would not return, very expensive and I did not even to enjoy it."

  • "Good brunch but...... More expensive now. And only one mimosa per customer! Must pay an extra $16. If you want unlimited Not a good deal Too bad Used to be a great place for brunch and drinks Will have to find another restaurant"

  • "I have been there a few nights ago, to avoid South Beach with friends that asked for an American Experience and we certainly got it... The fact that the restaurant is inside a Casino allows for really high noise and people "acting out" a bit.... Besides that I had a great rib eye on the bone, that I shared with a friend, I really liked it and it was cooked well... Nice ice cream flambée... I am sure for a Group drinking, dining out and gambling, might be good. So good for once but I would not repeat the Casino experience, a very loud table of people screaming for the whole dinner next to us did not make it enjoyable, but it is not the restaurant fault, great aged meat!!!!"

  • "The food was great. I had the filet and it was cooked perfect The shrimp cocktail was delicious The deserts were typical of this type of restaurant. The service was very impressive. The staff was almost stealth in accomodating out needs."

  • "Usually the FOH is blamed for the bad service of the BOH. Not in this case. The Waiter, Food runner, and FOH managers were attentive and friendly. Unfortunatly the kitchen fell way short. They have no concept of salt. From our crab cakes, shrimp cocktail, short ribs, and steak, all were tasteless. I've never sent a steak back, but it was dry and unseasoned. The snapper fillet with risotto was good, once I specified to season well. The main reason we visited the restaurant was to have the souffle for dessert. To my chagrin I was told that they didn't have any that night. Really, a few days before V-Day and nothing. Needless to say we will not visit this restaurant again. BRING AN OXYGEN MASK, smoke from casino comes in."

  • "I always luv eating here when at the Hard Rock. Stayed here prior to a cruise out of Ft Lauderdale. Service this time was a little bit slower than usual and the waiter himself seemed overwhelmed with the amount of tables he had. We enjoyed our cowboy ribeye, it was quite large."

  • "My husband and I try to visit this restaurant at least once a year , on special occasions. It's a bit pricey but worth every penny. The meals are presented beautifully and flavorful. Not once have we had any complaints from what we have selected. The cuts of meat are excellent, and our favorite dessert is the creme brulee. Can not wait until our next visit. A must go for anyone in the area."

  • "We dined at this restaurant for Valentines Day, didn't have much expectation as usually on this day restaurants are quite flustered and quality usually less than usual. Council Oak proved me wrong as the food was excellent and service impeccable."

They were short staffed in the kitchen My filet mignon took much longer than usual to come out and when it did it was cold Of course ,sent it back it came out, same cut but burned . Manager attempted to give us a lobster Mac that had been rejected by another Customer Will not be dining there anytime soon"

  • "I've been going to Council Oaks brunch for years. I believe years ago the buffet was $50 per person which included amazing dishes such as their famous lobster macaroni and cheese and the mimosas and bloody Mary's were unlimited. Then within the past year the price jumped to $65 per person which comes to $81 (with tax and tip). I understand inflation but they decided to no longer offer unlimited mimosas or Bloody Mary's, lobster Mac n cheese, and caviar. I have to say the buffet is not worth $81 dollars because basically they removed food and drink options and raised the price. Also when I made the reservation they never notified me of the change, nor did the waiter notify us when we initially sat down. Never returning!!!"
