We get to the rstaurant and there was no one at the host desk. We had to go to the bar to track him down. My guest and I were in no hurry so we were patient. Service was slow but I don't mind it as long as food is great. I could see how other impatient customers would not tolerate the slow service. Amazing that in a land-locked city which was probably the coldest place in America at the time, they can bring in the best and freshest ingredients. Make sure you pair wines as well since the team knows how to do so.
