"Truly a most underrated restaurant. I went for a very special birthday dinner, had the tasting menu ($155) and everything was impeccable. We were even lucky enough to meet pastry chef Shawn Gawle at the end of the meal. I highly recommend going here as the entire experience was well worth the money."

"This is currently my favorite restaurant. Every dish is so beautiful to look at, it sometimes seems like a shame to eat it. But the taste is even more amazing. Chef Paul Liebrandt mixes flavors and textures in ways that most people wouldn't dream of, and when you taste it and it all makes sense. Definitely worth the price! One warning: after eating here, your other meals will seem boring by comparison."

"The food was amazing. On par with Per Se and Eleven. Why not 5 stars? Simply, the service. When you're paying triple digits for a meal, you expect the service to be as sublime as the food. It was not. Examples: We got there early, and were asked to wait at the bar. We bought two drinks, my wife had a martini. When our tables was ready, they made my wife carry her own drink. Not a big deal, but at a 2-star? In her heels? Then during the meal, while the rotating waiters told us what we were eating, no one said why. How each dish was prepared, or how it all held together. But the food was stellar, really the best you can have in fine dining. So we'll be back, but my wife will wear flats."

"The waiter made it a great experience complete knowledge of what was served plus a great sense of humor made it a great night. Only downside was no American wines, just European ones Tasting course was great over 70 different flavors and tastes"

"Overall experience very positive with a lot of creativity but some disappointments : slightly oversalted plates (beef), decoration could be better, service not precise enough for this level of price, winelist very short."
