From our rich Italian menu to our casual inviting dining area Corleone"s is the perfect place to enjoy a meal you won't soon forget! The menu includes several Italian favorites, including artful renderings of classics--lasagna, baked ziti and spaghetti and meatballs--as well as more adventurous dishes--veal Parmesan, penne alla vodka, chicken ziti alfredo and fra diavolo. The restaurant's "Amanti Wine Bar" offers a full complement of classic Italian reds and whites as well as an offering of organic wines. Try one of Corleone's signature items such as our delicious Kabobs. Medallions of hand cut meat and seafood hung vertically over such sides as spanakopita, potato au gratin, couscous or linguine.Continued

  • "We ordered several dishes. It was our first time. I got the mussels in red sauce. There were only 10 mussels and the garlic in it was extremely overwhelming. I also got the fettuccini alfredo there were so many shallot's and garlic in it again that's all you tasted. I'm Italian and my grandmother nor myself ever put shallots or garlic in our alfredo. Yuk! My friend got the lasagna it was cold in the middle but very tasty, my daughter got the chicken parm. and a salad. She had to send the salad back because the lettuce was brown and wilted, nasty. The chic parm. was at least the best of this meal. We had to ask our waitress to bring us some bread not once but twice. That's something that should have been put on the table when we sat down."

Plus the service was outstanding. Management compensated for the appetizer by providing a complementary dessert. Regardless of the rough start, we will return because finding good Italian cuisine is not easy in the deep South."

Valet parking ($6) makes parking a breeze in an area with very limited parking. Service is good and fast and portions are generous. Also has a nice bar serving very good and generously poured cocktails. This restaurant serves good basic Italian dishes at a moderate price."

  • "We were visiting Savannah and were looking for a quiet spot to catch up with family over a great meal. Corleones delivered big time. The ambiance was great and conversation was easy. We started with drinks and on the waiters recommendation my wife had a glass of Malbec that she said was outstanding. Our mussel appetizer was terrific . Everyone felt there main courses which included veal, salmon, " frute de mare" and egg plant were excellent. Overall if I was a resident, I would return on a regular basis."

  • "After a house and garden tour we were tired and hungry. The restaurant was recommended. It is large and simple, a bit dark and seems well suited to large groups. The food came out very quickly and the salads were fresh. This restaurant is popular because the portions are large. If you live nearby and can bring home the leftovers, that is fine but passing through, it is hard to take home the leftovers from the three billiard ball size meatballs (as advertised, no fillers, just plain hamburger) that are served with the spaghetti. The lasagna was covered in a very chewy layer of cheese with little flavor underneath. Having been used to the Italian food in the North End of Boston, it is hard to find words to describe this Italian meal."

This visit we dinned at Corleone's Trattoria. Our table was ready on our arrival and the service was quick friendly and most knowledgeable. The food was authentic Mediterranean and was prepared with local ingredients. The Spanakopita was the best we have ever had. The wine list was more than adequate and all listings were available by the glass."

We recommend for cocktails the blue razz lemonade & the mr wonderful. Appetizer ANTIPASTO!! Salad the blueberry spinach salad with pancetta and feta is unbelievable! Baked manicotti is so cheesy and the marinara sauce is bright and flavorful. Penne ala vodka was great! Cannot forget the fresh bread and the wonderful season Olive oil to dip the bread into! It is the best ever! And dessert! I have never had a creamier or tastier cheesecake in my life and the tiramisu was incredible absolutely perfect! We recommend to any and everyone. A must visit in Savannah for sure. The wait staff is so nice."

  • "My granddaughter and I ate here because she is a student at SCAD and needed to purchase art supplies from the store nearby. The food was delicious and servings were large. She had chicken and I had salmon. Both were delicious. I could eat about a third of mine so we took the remainder back to her dorm for the next night's meal. She finished her meal although I don't see how she could have eaten so much. The bread was delicious and the dip was especially good. We had excellent service and food. Our only complaint was a noisy baby that the daddy eventually carried outside so we could hear. Parking was scarce so we parked behind the Firestone store and walked a couple of blocks. We will be back!!"

  • "The atmosphere is very romantic and the service is great. My husband ordered the surf and turf kabobs and said the meat had no flavor and thought his meal overall was not worth the $28 price. The cous cous was excellent, but that was it. I ordered the chicken fettuccini Alfredo and it also was lacking flavor and a bit watery. We will go back to try different things though."
