Cork Tree Restaurant is built around California products. Local ingredients are used whenever possible and wines of the West Coast, particularly California, are featured. Chef Herve Glin and his staff bring creative and exciting items to his menu.

The wine list is always a work in progress,… with a balance of well known wineries, as well as boutique wineries.

There is a wonderful patio for dining under the stars in the beautiful Coachella Valley. Additionally, depending on the size of your celebration, two private dining options await.Continued

"We were having a romantic get away to the desert and I booked the Cork Tree based on reputation. We didn't take an appetizer, but tucked straight into our salads and entrees. I had the Harvest salad, my wife the mini Caesar, both were well done. Our main courses were the Filet for my wife, which wile properly cooked medium rare, was even with the provided sauce, underwhelming. Bland was her comment. I had the crab and horseradish crusted salmon. It was very good, but again, not fantastic. The wine list was great - lots of great gems, not overpriced. Overall, it was a good experience, but the food was just did not deliver the bang for the buck."

"Very good food in a nice atmnosphere. The setting was a bit noisy. Multiple servers bringing dishes is a little confusing, after our initial server told us he'd "take care of us for the evening." However, one can look beyond the negatives and savor the food."

"Loved this restaurant. It was our first time, and we were not disappointed. Everything about it was top-notch. We had a group of eight and our server, Matthew, was on top of things throughout our experience. We will definitely make this a must every time we are in Palm Desert."

"I really wanted to give this restaurant a better rating but unfortunately my husband's steak was just all wrong. For the price we paid for our meals I was really hoping he would get a really good filet mignon but it was dry and overcooked. The appetizers and the scallops were good but not fantastic. One perk was that they did give us a dessert on the house for our anniversary."
