  • "Neither complaints nor raves. Server had trouble answering our questions about the menu. Food (crab stuffed portobellos, ribs, NY strip, salmon, pork medallions, bread pudding) was good. We enjoyed visiting over dinner with our friends."

  • "Menu looks inviting, the ambience is there, service is fine, but at the end of the day you have a kitchen that uses a microwave and lower quality ingredients, then attempts to cover it up with entirely to much sauce. The microwave use is obvious. When the bread pudding is hotter in the middle then the outside.... The steak was seasoned well with a nice sear but was subpar in quality. The color was weird. Looked as if it were cooked in boiling water then finished on the grill. Not sure, but something wasn't right. I want to like this place but I just can't. I would probably try Corbin's again if the microwave was tossed out and a new chef came in or perhaps this chef needs control over the kitchen....something. "

  • "This place is great. They got us in immediately with our reservation. All staff was extremely friendly. Food was fantastic. It is a little pricey, but no more so than any other steak house around. However, if I am going to spend the money I would rather spend it here where the chefs can accurately cook your steak the way you want it. Must try at least once...you will be back."

  • "I was horrible. It was a special event, we were seated on the patio and then forgotten. After 15 minutes, we tried to get the attention of a bus boy. We failed. Another group was seated next to us and they at least got some attention. I asked about our server, I was asked 'do you know their name?' I said, "No, they have not yet been here" After a few more minutes, we just got up and left. The Restaurant was not that busy. There were plenty of empty tables. I do not really know what was up. But I am never going back."

  • "The food promised big things, but left me unsatisfied. My husband and I ordered a special- the ribye and tiger prawns. It looked delish, but the tiger prawns were over cooked and the steak had so much black pepper I coughed through most of the meal. The bread was hard as a rock and my grilled asparagus was overcooked, underseasoned and limp. My husband's sweet potatoe was divine and the lemonade was yummy and the sizzling mushrooms were to die for. The service and ambiance was excellent. Overall I had high hopes and then buyers remorse for spending $90 on a two person meal that was less than stellar."

  • "We've been there a few times and have had great food every time. If you love steak this is the place to go. Their steaks are always cooked just the way you want it and you can have any steak blackened or with a sauce ( they have 3 different sauces). They give you a choice of different accompaniments and salads. The wait staff and host are always friendly and helpful.They have a water wall thats fantastic, so even if they are full up you don't hear noise or other people as much."

  • "The staff was super friendly & nice, but my experience was definitely not worth the price. They got extra points for calling to confirm my change of time on my reservation to let me know that it wouldn't be a problem! My glass also never went below half. I took a girl here for a 1st date, and our table was very shaky, with a vase that tipped over at the slightest movement, with no light overhead. We ate in the dark. When they brought the bread, i asked for a knife sharper than a butter knife to cut the hard crust, but they said they had none...so, the vase kept falling over! I ordered a medium rare Filet Mignon, which came back burnt on the outside and well done on the inside. My date wanted fish, but they had just ran out of it."
