"Coppi's is probably the best pizza I have ever had, and I've had lots of pizza in my day. The service is outstanding and the place hasn't changed one bit in the 15 years I've been going there. And yet it is maintained impeccably, most importantly, their excellent wood fire approach to pizza making."

"I was so excited to go back to Coppi's after many years. The ambiance was nice, the server was very friendly, and the menu looked great. Unfortunately, however, we were pretty disappointed. The various roasted vegetable appetizers were more like side dishes and were both unattractive and not all that remarkable. The pizzas, which were fairly pricey, were pretty average. And although the server was nice and the restaurant was in no way busy, our meal took a very long time. It was a bummer. I hope they kick their food up a notch as it is a cute place and I would like to give it another chance."

"My first experience at Coppi's was so great I had to go back. This time, I brought my parents who were in town for the Easter weekend. I set up a food and wine pairing for the three of us and it was outstanding. We were served prosecco, a red and a white wine. We started off light with wood-burning oven grilled vegetables, went into a fish course, then a pasta course, and dessert. Carlos, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable about his food and conveys the information in a meaningful and interesting way. I will absolutely be going back and I would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone."

"Coppi's is just a beautiful little neighborhood restaurant. The warm, red walls covered with cycling photos create an intimate feel. The flavors in the entrees are simple and all ingredients are fresh. The gnocchi is particularly spectacular. Great for a date or someone you want to catch up with."

"I order the Eggs & Waffle during brunch because my server recommended it. Our food comes out and I'm missing half of my meal, the waffle. Our server then alerts me that the waffle machine is currently not working and wants to know if I'd like to order something else. Okay, fine, I haven't even touched my food yet. I ask can I just get one of their calzones instead. The server tells me no, she was thinking fruit or vegetables. At this point I'm a bit perplexed. The server then instructs me to just wait and see if the waffle machine starts working. Come to find out the guy next to us (who has been there for 45 minutes) is still waiting on his waffle, meaning the server had me order the Eggs & Waffle knowing the machine was not working!"

"Overall very good experience with very good service. Only minor snag was that it took a while for the waitstaff to take our initial drink order. Otherwise, they were knowledgeable and on the ball and the food was very good. Fairly decent draft beer selection for an Italian place too!"
