Coppia/Vino ParadisoPasta like Italy! Perfect...Four of us had dinner at Coppia last night and it was delicious. We tried three of the pasta dishes on the menu. The Agnolotti stuffed with mushrooms in a mushroom broth with sugar peas was perfectly prepared. Perfectly prepared, rich in flavor and just the right bite to the pasta. The Pappardella with wild boar ragu was amazing, and glad that one of us ordered so that we know to get it next time. The Tajarin with sugo was another treat not to be missed.
We brought our own wine, but our next visit will be done with the pairings as the cellar at Coppia is impressive. This is going to be our "go to" for pasta. Small but fine Italian menu with thoughtful wine pairings...and graciously suggested alternatives with no pressure either way, which is appreciated. Love the half-portion option available on some dishes.
