"Copper Fish may be the best kept secret in Cape May County. No one does scallops like Chef Geoff. They're a complete treat. On this visit, I had mini lamb t-bones prepared as the Chef recommended and it was a meal I won't forget! Thank you for a wonderful evening, Chef Geoff!"

"Our meal was outstanding! This is our favorite Cape May restaurant.
We had a wonderful evening with friends with excellent food. We were not rushed, (as often happens on busy Sat. nights) and every course was delicious."

"Dinner was delicious! We both had a salad to start; lobster Caesar and baby arugula. For our entrees, we had an amazing filet over the recommend "life changing" lobster risotto. Didn't change our life but it was excellent. The server recommend in place of another starch (can't remember) and we were disappointed to see a $4.00 charge for the change. We also had an app that the chef made into an entree for us...scallops over the risotto with a fresh carrot slaw...I loved everything!

It is a BYOB, but we ordered iced tea. It was the only bad part of the meal. Although the server brewed it for us, it was like a glass of mud. We mixed it with water and added tons of ice...still couldn't drink it.

"Better than I remembered it from previous visits. It was a slow night due to bad weather, so we had the place to ourselves and everyone's attention. Food and service were probably the best we've had in Cape May recently. Will definitely be back again!"

"We've eaten here many times. Had a group of 7 and we were disappointed in our dining experience. We ordered the grilled romaine and it was half the size and bland--no shaved parmesan. Staff was small. Huge party in back room and two tables in front room left due to the out of control noise. The dining room was cold. Our entrees were okay--but not the usual fantastic meals we are served. Just a bad night--but an expensive bad night all the same."

"We dined here New Year's Eve. Service was good, friendly and not rushed. Food was excellent and all four in our party agreed. There was some great, live music being played downstairs and it was piped upstairs - a bit too loud, but still good music. Room upstairs and in the front of the home is like eating in a private dining room. Elegantly decorated, although the heat should have been turned on sooner in the day. All in all a great New Year's Eve choice. We have eaten at Copper Fish before and will certainly be back more times. Chef is always inovative and imaginative!"
