The overall dining experience was awful. We were rushed from the moment we entered the place. First we were seated in the noisy bar area in what seemed like a closet. Then before I even looked at the menu, the server said we had to done by an a certain time, so we needed to order right away. The food was good, but unchanged in 10 years. Overall this was a horrible dining experience. I will not return.

Arrived with a reservation and instead of being seated in the main dining room, which was 3/4 empty, we were seated next to a corridor which was noisy and had a lot of passing patrons and staff. Southwest spring rolls tasted like they came out of a frozen box and were microwaved. Carpacio of tuna was plentiful and tasty albeit seasoned with way too much cilantro. Chips were warm and good but the salsa was thick and tasteless. Ordered a vodka and club and the club soda was flat! At $10 a drink can they at least serve carbonated club soda? NY Strip was nicely seasoned and cooked to perfection. At least they got that right. Overall a huge disappointment. Many restaurants out there that do a much better overall job. Skip this lemon.

Very overpriced for entrees. Not as big a crowd here as in the past. Maybe this word has gotten around? Appetizers were good but entrees were disappointing, lacking flavor and creativity. All four of us had the same reaction with our meals. Expensive for what you get.

Server was preoccupied with something. Appetizer was still on table when entree came. Waited for my steak knife for ten minutes. When she came back with it she said someone started talking to her md she couldn't get away. The steak was great though

Salads were crisp and vibrantly flavored. The lamb was done to perfection. The Smokin Margaritas had just the right touch of Jalapeño heat. Needless to say we will be back.

Food, as always, was very good. A bit on the pricier side, but the steak was as good as ever and the fish tacos were delicious. Guacamole is good, a bit over priced for guacamole. Salad was good and could be split between 2 -3 people. Desert was delicious and cappuccino! The music, however, did not help with the atmosphere or dining experience. The theme of the restaurant is tex/mex meets coastal, and they played the top 100 pop? Not my choice of music and would have liked something more fitting for the restaurant. Overall, great restaurant and a place for special occasions because of cost.

Have never been here before because they don't put prices on the on-line menu so assumed it was very pricey. Decided to try it anyway for our anniversary. Found prices are reasonable & food delicious. Hubby had crab cake app - fantastic! I had tuna taquitos - really yummy. Both ordered steak ($33) Apps so large we should have shared the steak. Steak was very nicely seasoned & tender. A lovely anniversary meal and we will return. Other reviews have mentioned how noisy this place is. We were there on a Mon night, not busy & not noisy. Maybe different on the weekend.

Great experience/food. One exception, we were asked to vacate the table when we were done with our meal by maitre'd. He was kind of rude about it. He should have offered to buy us a drink at the bar, since we just spent $200+ on dinnner for 4. Instead, he told us to just go to the bar for a drink

I went here for a birthday celebration. The food was very good, three of our party had the NY Strip steak which seemed to be a popular choice. I had the shrimp tostada which was also very good. My only complaint is the noise level. "Energetic" doesn't really describe it. "Deafening" works better. I spent most of the night trying to read everyone's lips! Might be better for lunch.

Copper Canyon is very unique. Huge tequila menu. Interesting food choices. Margaritas are good and strong. Ordered about 5 apps. Favorites were the stuffed chilis, southwest spring rolls (though could use a dipping sauce). The jalapeno caesar salad was very plain, couldn't taste any jalapeno in it at all. Love their bar/lounge but it isn't open every night. When it is, they often have a great piano player. This is one of my favorite places to go in the area for drinks.

Best tottilla chips ever. Calamari is too soggy but had good flavor. Fish tacos were excellent as well as the pork chop and lamb chops. Great margherita. We didn't have dessert only because we were too full from cleaning our plates. This was our 4th experience and is definitely a keeper,

Our lunch @ 2PM was amazing. We sat at a smal table with a window, everything came out fast- and we were starving! We ordered the baked brie, AMAZING crab cake, shrimp fajitas, guac and salsa. Soooo perfectly cooked and spiced. Smokin' margarita on point and 3 tequila flight shots- Sol Dios, Siembra Azul and Corazon- chilled with fresh lime = PERFECTO!

The place was recommended by several people, so we decided to give a try. We were two couples that finally got to hang out without kiddies. Arrived on time for 6 o'clock reservation. After we asked to give a minute to decide on the menu, the waiter told us " so, just you know, the time is limited at this table. The table is reserved for the next seating and I would appreciate if you could make decisions a little faster". I was in shock and lost any interest to be there... I should say the good mood was "killed". The food was good, the drinks were really good, but the relaxing mood never came back. After our dinner time, the two tables next to us were empty, no one came to "claim" the tables we sat at.

We have been a few times now. Nice ambiance, cozy. First time we went we ordered an app and entree - we were so stuffed after the drinks too. Yummy food but lots of it (however it is a bit pricey so for the amount of food you get, it measures to the cost). Bring your appetite or just order one or two appetizers, which is what we did the last time so we were comfortable by the end. Great spot.

Copper Canyon is noted for its extensive tequila list. However, if your a tequila novice, do not expect any assistance from the wait staff (or at least the waiter for our table). The waiter had little patience for questions and even fewer suggestions. Additionally, when we attempted to place our order for apps first, and then later our entrees, our waiter told us that we had to place the entire order at once. This "rule" however, did not seem to apply to adjacent tables served by the same waiter.

We travel 45-60 Minutes to get to Copper Canyon for their pork chop which has their secret rub. The rub adds just the right amount of heat and flavor. When you cut into the chop, it's so moist- you won't believe how tender it is. Their guacamole is also fresh and full of flavor. Their bar has about 200+ tequilas- heaven on earth. It's worth the drive. Make sure you make a reservation.

Love the bar area. We always try to arrive early to enjoy the recommendations of the knowledgeable bar staff from their EXTENSIVE Tequila selection. Simp,e homemade Chips, Salsa, and Guacamole are addictive! Across the board, hosts, servers, bartenders, wait staff are all attractive, neat, and professional. There are too many small plates, so try to bring a group so you can try a little of everything. Never had a disappointing main course....Steak is killer, rissotto is perfect, even the fajitas far transcend the typical ho-hum tex mex joints. Always a great experience!
