"My husband and I had dinner here with a friend; this was our first time at the restaurant. We thought it was an average experience overall. The service was above average as was the ambiance. We were seated in a timely manner and visited by the server soon after we sat down. The menu choices were varied. We had the calamari appetizer; it was nicely seasoned and cooked. I would have liked a bit more of the aioli, though. The three of us had salads, two Rotisserie Chicken Canyon salads and one Southwest salad. They were good but not out of the ordinary. I thought the bleu cheese vinaigrette was odd looking; I guess I like creamy dressings better. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to go back, but would try it again if in the area."

"Have always loved this restaurant. It's great for a date, for families, for friends. Have been to numerous parties here and everything is always well handled. They have a very nice patio area with a fireplace. And the food has always been excellent. Have loved everything we've tried. Especially love the stuffed poblano pepper and the Perfect Margarita!"

"The food was better - we go reasonably often and we had noticed a trend toward fewer menu items and an overall lower quality of food, but our most recent visit indicated the trend had turned. The food was excellent and they had brought back several items to the menu that we liked. This is encouraging as we really like the environment and is one of our local favorites."

"Copper Canyon was ok, but certainly nothing spectacular. If you're in Centreville looking for something nicer than say Applebees or Outback, then it's a good place to go, but wouldn't go out of my way to visit. The food arrived very quickly (the apps showed up to the table before we even received water) and was well prepared. The rotisserie chicken is well worth the try. I also ordered the short smoked salmon which was good, but have them skip the sauce that they douse the top with as it's not needed and not an appropriate pairing for the salmon. Our server was nice, though perhaps a little green, and kudos to the manager for being a visible presence on the floor and for stopping by the table twice."
