The option to add flowers and make it even more special for my wife was a big hit; the flowers were beautiful. The hostess was always smiling and cheerful. The bartender was attentive and served us while we waited for our table to be prepared. Our waiter was outstanding; his knowledge of people, food and the area made the dinner even more delightful. My wife had the special of seared Ahi and petite lobster tail over wasabi mashed potatoes. I had the NY steak with truffle fries. Both dishes were incredible. Dessert was crispy chocolate raviolis which were exquisite! Hands down the best meal in our 25 years of marriage (sorry dear). It doesn't look like much from the street, but as you enter the patio it takes you to a different world. There were 4 of us dining and each of us had a different entree ranging from seafood to steak and different salads. Each was outstanding with superb presentations and flavor.
As for the desserts: our guests shared the Warm Apple Crumbler. They said it was good but nothing special or outstanding. However, my husband and I shared the Lemon and Lavender Scented Pound Cake with Basil Ice Cream and Lavender Sauce. Wow!! Next time I'm not going to share that!

Duncan is my favorite waiter but all the wait staff are professional, polite and knowledgeable. I am always given top quality service when I dine there.
Greg is very friendly and always makes me feel like a VIP. I take many clients to eat there and they all love it. Greg never disappoints in any way! The food is superb and the service is fabulous! The outdoor eating area is exquisite!! I so look forward to our April trip to Copley's and think of it fondly as I wait for our next visit. The time will come that we have a more permanent home in the desert and at that time we will be regulars at Copley's. Of that I have no doubt. The menu is well-priced given the excellent quality of both the food and presentation. The service is even better with an approach that is casual yet efficient and very professional. We eat there several times a year, mostly on special occasions. The menu always has lots of choices with some unusual dishes and specials that you don't see at similar nice places. And, most importantly, the food is excellent. We were there on a Monday night, and it was almost full. I heard it can be lined up out the door on the weekends. The bar is very small and cozy, only about 8 seats, inside. The wine list is not huge but has some good selections. The food is amazing, the staff is very friendly and service-oriented. We were tempted by the S'more dessert and were so happy that we did! The food is quite good and the service is very friendly and efficient. We sampled the steak frites, the lobster pot pie and the seafood dish of the day...all were very good except that the frites were a bit soggy. The salads and desserts were all tasty and the wine list is very good...a number of nice matches to their menu items.
