Copelands of New OrleansMother's Day BrunchWe dined here on a whim for Easter Brunch and truly enjoyed it so I booked a table for seven (7) a month before Mother's Day. When we arrived my wife and mother were greeted with roses. We were seated shortly after arriving. There was a little confusion about the highchair we had requested but it was rectified within a few minutes of being seated. The food was a buffet style the closest buffet style I have been able to find to The Court of Two Sisters in New Orleans. They had to have had at least 40 items to choose from: Fried Turkey, Jambalaya, Eggs Benedict, Omelet Station, Salad Bar, and a huge assortment of deserts.
