"Good food with decent prices for NYC, large portion sizes. Music was quite loud but we were there very late for dinner (10:45pm), also would have been nice to hear Irish music at an Irish pub, but they were playing pop music."

"Connolley's staff was waiting for us when we arrived, the table was ready, and the staff was more than understanding when some of our party was delayed. The menu offered something for everyone, the waiter/servers were excellent, the food was fantastic and the prices were great. Connolley's was the perfect venue to host our large crowd - we all enjoyed it and will be back again!"

"This was my first experience at Connolly's and I would sum it up as very satisfying. You were greeted and seated promptly (we had a reservation), your drink orders and food orders were attended to very quickly and the food was better than I expected. The nachos were hot and tasty and the toppings plentiful and also tasty. The only negative was the chicken on my grilled chicken ceasar salad was a little too salty for me and I did not eat it, but the salad and dressing were good. It took a while to get our check as it had become quite crowded, but an overall very good experience. I would recommend them to friends and family."

"When my husband and I sought out a great place to eat before a show, I never expected to find an Irish pub that would put all others to shame, as well as have more enjoyable food than fine dining restaurants often visited in the theatre district. The classic shepherd's pie and fish and chips we ordered were perfectly made and I will be apprehensive to order them anywhere else forever for fear of being disappointed. The extensive choices of draft beers, outstanding Cosmo, Bailey's cheesecake, and Irish coffees rounded out this meal nicely. Adding to the experience was the wonderful window view from our reserved table. We will definitely be back!"

"My 22 year old daughter and I wanted to eat an American lunch before we saw a Broadway show. We picked Connolly's. Very nicely decorated inside...lots of wood, leather seating, nice bar. We had a small table which was fine for the two of us. We were not on top of anyone...spaced well. We enjoyed a chicken panini. Taste was there but was expecting different bread. It was fine, though. My daughter had the portabello mushroom sandwich, which was very good. French Fries were excellent. Beer was cold. Enjoyed the laid back luncheon experience."

"With a group a party of 12, with 6 being children, during the winter holidays, they were one of the few places able to make a reservation. Food was excellent, service was excellent and I'd return with or without children!"
