It would have been 5 but i believe the price was a little too high for the amount of food you get. As for everything else, the service was great! We had 3 different people waiting on us and always there to make sure everything was good. The setting and ambiance was great. nice view of the strip overlooking the Paris and planet Hollywood. The lights were dim nice romantic setting. There is seating indoor and outdoor on a terrace/patio with nice views. When i booked through open table it asked me if i had any special requests and i said i would like to be near the window with a nice view of the strip and when i arrived they brought me exactly there. We started with the steak tartare and duck confit for apps. Nice plating, and both dishes were seasoned well. For main course, we had the mussels and the pork belly(part of the 'best parts of the pig' feature they run on Tuesdays). Again, both dishes were spot on. The wine that was recommended was also a hit (Pinot Gris) dessert was a 7layer chocolate dream that was outstanding! Service was very good and attentive and I cannot find much (if anything) to criticize. We walked in with little idea of what we were getting ourselves into. The place is very fancy pantsy which made me feel underdressed in my H&M summer dress but no one seemed to think it was a bad thing. My friend and I ordered the frissee salad to begin with which was really good with peppery leaves, silky egg, salty bite of bacon and the tart dressing. My friend had the bouillebaisse which she loved and I had the fois gras which was wonderfully sweet and satiny. The drinks are really good - my friend had the Prohibition Punch that was amazing. Also, you cant beat the amazing view of the Las Vegas Strip. They have a great cocktail menu with some very innovative drinks. I wish they had a better selection of steaks on the menu. I am a carnivore and would like a choice of a nice rib eye or filet. Hey only have a flat iron steak with frites. The lounge area has a happy hour until 630pm with half price off of their awesome cocktails and selections from the menu.
