The menu is full of interesting dishes thoughtfully prepared. They are generally delicious. The waitstaff are attentive without being annoying. The food is delicious and healthy and the service is impeccable. It's tucked away in a little picturesque town called Niwot. The only reason I hesitate is I don't want it to be so popular that you have to wait a month to get in. You can take the noisy or vibrant hot spots and give me Colterra where you have the peace to really enjoy your food. Everyone in our party of 12 had an excellent meal. They were able to accommodate our diverse party for ages 2 to 86. The brunch menu was innovative and featured all locally sourced ingredients. The tilapia was fantastic, the beignets were excellent and the egg dishes were well prepared and served nice and hot. For dessert, the salted chocolate caramel torte was incredible! The server was professional, personable and fun. The brunch cocktails were creative, well crafted and well prepared. The bartender is a real master mixologist who enjoys sharing his expertise and his "Breakfast in Bed" is one of the best cocktails this former bartender has ever had. To top it all off, the pricing is an excellent value for this top quality! The staff, the atmosphere and the great food was perfect for us to relax before our next dancing event. The staff was very accommodating to our schedule without making it looks like were were in a rush...it was perfect! The food was exceptionally good and the atmosphere was quiet and so enjoyable.
