Colorado's Prime SteakFirst time here for Mother'sFirst time here for Mother's Day. If you are looking for a local place with great food and a friendly environment then you will enjoy. If you want a hip, trendy modern chain restaurant then this is not it. Restaurant is decorated in rustic theme consistent with a Colorado Mountain experience. We both order prime rib and loved every bite. The prime rib is smoked before it is cooked in au jus sauce which gives it a unique flavor. The rolls came out with a little cheese on them which added flavor. The side salad was basic but good. The french fries were in a style similar to Five Guys but they also offer baked potato. The rib eyes are superb and the smoked prime rib is to die for. You have to try the stuffed mushroom caps as appetizers. They are wonderful.
