"We have been returning to this restaurant for many years because the service is always exceptional and the food is always cooked perfectly. The prime rib is smoked and very unique and they always have the best cuts of beef. Love the homemade croutons!"

"The NY strip and pork chops were cooked perfectly. The salads, baked potatoes and rolls were fresh. I would recommend Colorado's for the food, but the service needs work. Our server was slow in getting to us and it wasn't busy."

"We went on Valentine's Day and, with reservations, the wait was only about 25 minutes. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxed even though they were very full. It was a great evening out!"

"Back to the tried and true.
Ordered the Ribeye dinner with a baked potato. Salad is always good, but just that. It lacks enough tomatoe's. Two small cherry tomoatoes. If it were not for the croutons, it would be just OK. Ribeye came out perfect. Tender, juicy and cook to the correct temprature. Baked potato was good as well.
As for the service, she checked in on me once in awhile. All I need.
Gonna miss this place."
