"Overall the experience was enjoyable. Without direction, my salmon was cooked perfectly medium well and the scallops were large, fresh and juicy.

Unfortunately the restaurant was pretty empty so that did not help the atmosphere... but other than that... no real complaints."

"There wasn't anything spectacular about the food here. I had the rib-eye steak and it wasn't very flavorful and not very tender. I've had better steaks from Black Angus. The chopped Chelan salad with mixed greens, bacon, Oregon blue cheese and roasted bosc pear was tasty as well as the rustic brick oven hot bread with roasted vegetables, olive tapenade and cambozola. My wife enjoyed the clam chowder and her New York strip steak. Our waitress, Giulia, was a sweetheart, very friendly, happy and very good service. I would come back because of her, but I won't be back for the food."

"My boyfriend and I found this place our first night in Seattle. I had the crab and he had the steak. What a lovely experience. The staff were so kind and hospitable, and the food was amazing. When we couldn't decide what to have for dessert, our hostess was more than happy to bring us samples. Would highly recommend."

"The setting was great, very up town. The food was good, we started out with a Ceasar salad which was great. We coupled that with the Oven Brick Hotbread. My wife had the Neah Bay Paella which was stuffed with half a crab, mussels, shrimp and clams. She took some home and thought it was even better the second day. I had the rib eye which was a little on the small side and slightly over done but still very tasty. We shared an order of Lemon Risoto which was very tangy and tasty. The service was first class."

"Clam Chowder and entree were wonderful and well done. Dessert (cheesecake) was pre-cut and refridgerated so that it was hard (even the decoration). An acceptable hotel place but not a destination."

"Had business dinner meeting, originally planned for 12, we grew to 15, the server and wait staff were very accomodating with our increase and quickly setup place settings. Food was fabulous, all plates were cleaned!!! Definitely will be back again when in Seattle!!! The Salmon and Paella were the meals that folks ordered and raved about later."

"We had dinner on Christmas day. The food was very well prepared but the service was poor. Perhaps our waiter did not want to be there on Christmas? I would recommend on the basis of the food but not the service."
