First time at the new location... nice layout and decor. Food was on point and simply beautiful to look at. Love this place and would go often but the dollar dollar coin coin won't always allow. Pricey yet understandable. Well worth it!

This was the first time our group had been to Cocos and the food was wonderful. I personally had the Walleye Special and it was delightful. We loved the trendy vibe and felt the decor was perfect. I will say we all loved the food and the presentation was perfect. All in All Cocos is a winner!

This was the first time that I have been to Coco's but I had heard positive things about it. I was not disappointed; it was great. I was there for lunch with work associates and it was a pleasure; the service was good and the food was fabulous. I will most definitely be returning for lunch as well as planning a dinner in the near future.

Everything was wonderful....except for the parking and the view from our table. We had to park way down a side street, no where near the restaurant......and the view from my seat was right into the kitchen. Ruined the ambience right there~ Maybe a wall with swinging doors?......that would not only block the unwanted view but also the kitchen noise. Also, there was a wedding in the back room. The wait staff kept leaving those doors open, which only added to the noise level in that back corner. However, our server was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and the food was fabulous!

My group of four and I dined here for our Senior Prom night. It was absolutely fabulous. We are a group of teenagers, but we were treated like mature young adults. Our server was very nice, engaging, and funny. I would request her next time I go (unfourtunately I forgot her name after a long night). The food was splendid, particularly the Brie. Definitely would like to return!

Over the years, we've dined countless times at Coco's (both the new & old location). After our most recent visit, I just don't think we'll be back due to the inconsistencies in food quality and service. On a good night, the food is delicious and 'plate licking good' served by a personable, friendly and efficient staff. On a bad night, things are overcooked, over-seasoned, dry and delivered by someone who makes like you are an inconvenience. We took my mother here Mother's Day weekend...server was very attentive and went the extra mile...but the food was such a disappointment. I ordered the Filet cooked Med; it arrived brown throughout. Mom's fish and Hubby's chicken were both overcooked, as well, and dry. Sorry...for us, they've struck out.

Was with a small group from the office (5) for lunch. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. The restaurant quickly filed and was busy. Our server was good and seemed close by and anticipated refills and whatever we needed. The food was really good and everything came as ordered. We were in and out in 1.25 hours which was good because it was a work day. We were rushed by staff, but they were attentive. It's a nice place and very new looking. Will repeat!

We had reservations for 12:45. We planned on going there to celebrate my son's graduation from the University of Dayton. When we realized that we would be late, I called Coco's and was told to come in whenever - that it was not a problem. After being ignored by the hostess for a while, we were seated at a table in the bar area. No one came to our table for 20 minutes to even acknowledge that we were there. We decided that if we hadn't even gotten water for 20 minutes, we might end up being there for who knows how long. Also, we did not like the rude treatment. We left without even getting anything to drink. OpenTable required a rating of the food, which I put as 3 stars, but I really don't know how the food was as we didn't have any.

I was taking my mother out for lunch before the opera, for her Birthday. I'm from Cincinnati so I don't know much about Dayton restaurants but several people had recommended Coco's to me. The hostess started to seat us then stopped along the wall and asked us to wait there while she double-checked where she was supposed to take us. We waited, feeling a bit ridiculous just standing there for 4-5 mins watching other people at their tables. When we were finally seated, the very limited Sunday menu was disappointing. We considered leaving but decided we'd see it through. NONE OF THE FOOD ON MY PLATE WAS SEASONED! Potatoes were undercooked, steak was mushy and the server brought our check stating he'd forgotten our bread/fruit.

Coco's Bistro is a true Dayton gem. The food is incredible, the wait staff is professional, and most importantly its a memorable restaurant experience. Too often it seems places are opening trying to claim a premium dining experience charging 25+ for a meal without trying, Coco's is worth every penny. I would suggest taking your significant other there now!

Dinner on a Saturday night...first stop was to the beautiful bar; creative, tasty drink options. Three of four had the ribeye for dinner (no one cooks beef at home anymore!) The beef was outstanding; the cutest micro-mini potatoes that were delicious. Berries, shortbread and a lemon curd for dessert...We loved it all and will be back very soon.

There must have been a chef change or someone was really on that night. Great food! I had the porterhouse chop and was able to sample the Wasbi duck, both of which tasted more like the old Coco's cuisine. Now if you redecorate your dining room and tone down the sterile urban chic I will happily give the 5th star.

Great food. Great prices. Phenomenal wine list. Great brie. It's funny. People in Ohio tend to think of the food here as expensive, but in the Chicago area, the same food would be about twice the price. With outstanding appetizers, complex and flavorful entrees and decadent desserts Coco's has it all.

The Kila Cava champagne was fantastic, the waitress was very efficient. The Caesar salad was my dinner however and to my dismay the cheese was some type of toasted cheddar tasting sheets broken up over the top. The dressing was on the skimpy side I could hardly taste any of the dressing on it...the sheets of broken toasted cheese on the Wonderful Salad was a huge Miss for a salad that is KNOWN for fresh parmesan and Dressing.. I won't order that anymore.
