Cobblestone GrillPerfect ChoiceIt was a last minute decision for dinner and turned out to be the perfect choice. Beautiful warm evening, patio dining and a terrific musician added to the ambiance. I enjoyed the grilled swordfish special which was moist, flavorful and delicious. I'm gluten intolerant so couldn't try the fresh warm crispy bread, but my husband thought it was good. The salmon appetizer and wine rounded out dinner. Service was good and special requests were handled with the right attitude. It was my intention, actually, to reserve a spot at a different restaurant, but fell into this reservation by mistake; a happy mistake, overall! While most restaurants seem to use Mother's Day to overcharge for a special event breakfast, we were pleased that Cobblestone stuck with their regular menu and pricing. We were seated immediately, despite being 10 minutes early. The casual ambiance was ideal. The noise level, with a few well behaved children, was low and allowed for casual conversation. The service was excellent.
My wife enjoyed the spinach quiche and while my hash browns were not warm, the eggs benedict was a solid choice and tasted very good. It's a great place with great food and to get to know the owners and wait staff. Their specials run out at dinner time because they are so delish! They have great food at reasonable prices. Fun place for lunch but equally has good for dinner or brunch.
This last time I was with a friend for lunch but there was a large group of women there celebrating a birthday and the wait staff gave us all equal attention. Their breaded pork tenderloin is so good my husband has asked for it at dinner, since it isn't on the dinner menu.
THe quiche is very good they seem to have different combinations so I have tried many flavors and all have been good.

My only complaint was that my entree - breaded tilapia- was quite greasy. I could not eat much of it. My friends liked their entrees though.
