My group found the entire dining experience exceptional. The service was speedy, the personnel were very helpful in explaining our food choices, provided suggestions for additional offerings and were very friendly while providing high quality service. The food was presented in a colorful and tasteful manner, Most importantly, it was delicious. All parties were well pleased with the outing. I thank the Orleans management for providing a pleasant evening of dining.

The bus girl spilled drinks all over me and my son. We were not looking for anything for "free" but it would have been a nice gesture if they had taken something off the bill or if the waitress had at least apologized for the incident. This was our first visit to this restaurant and it was not a good experience. We spent $100 and did not feel value for our money.

Service was horrible. The wait staff was rude about ordering our food and was looking like they where not happy being there in first place. Have been going there for 10 years and each time food quality has gone done.

The food was ediable but not very good. I only ate a few bites and was going to take the rest home for my husband, who will eat anything. I left the restaurant and remembered half way out of the casino that I had forgotten my to -go box. When I returned the box had been thrown out(approx. 2 minutes). I was furious and there was no one to talk to available. I later called and was instructed by the manager that I could drive back and they would give me a replacement. This was not possible for me to do and it left a bitter taste. I feel the busboy should have been better trained. A bad experience overall.

We decided to make a reservation and they gave us a nicer booth away from the crowds. The food is amazing. It was a little bright - in a corner of the casino. Reasonably priced. Nice bar area with TVs also.

I usually write wonderful reviews, this is my first for seriously the lousiest service I have ever received anywhere in Las Vegas. We sat for 10 full minutes before the they came over to take our drink orders. Drinks came and she had to go back for mine. We flagged down the Manager about 5 minutes later and he said he'd try to find someone. He just went back to his stand without talking to anyone. 15 minutes after that the actual waitress arrived, no apology, nothing. Our dinners were soggy when they were supposed to be crispy. As we were leaving, we attempted to talk to the Manager again but were told that the restaurant was busy & there was nothing he could do. No apology again. We will not patronize this business again.

A good place to grab a quick Mexican bite of food....Great Salsa...Red & Green and Refried Beans with white and blue corn chips. The wait staff is very attentive and the atmosphere is clean and festive ...... Nice place to eat...We especially enjoyed eating the freshly prepared late night dinner after we attended the movies inside The Orleans.

Beans and rice were bland. Chicken enchilada tasted gamey and made with all dark meat. Red sauce was very dark...and spicy. I don'tlike spicy. Burrito was good. Chips were very hard and didn't taste fresh.they use too much ice in soda.friendly weight staff

Below average "Mexican" food! Salsa chips were cold; dips appeared to have been left out......crusted over. Meat & chicken Fajitas were rubbery....well overcooked and in chunks rather than strips.

  • QUALITY NOT THERE AT COSTA CANTINA!
    OpenTable Diner Since 2005
    Dined on 1/31/2013
Our family of 4 dined at Coasta Cantina twice before and really enjoyed it. This time we ordered beef enchiladas, carnitas, beef burrito plate and steak fajitas. Enchiladas hardley had any beef in them and not very warm in temperature.Carnitas dry with no flavor. Beef burrito AGAIN.."WHERE's THE BEEF?" Lastly, the steak in the carnitas tasted old with a bad after taste. We would have sent them back but we had just arrived at the Orleans for Superbowl weekend and it was getting close to 9:00 P.m., didnt want to wait for all four meals to be fixed. Service, chips and salsa were good, but we will not return. Too many options for GOOD mexican food in Vegas..
