A word from Coal Pizza Company
Coal utilizes centuries old techniques to create a truly authentic pizza with a modern twist. The world’s finest San Marzano tomatoes. Our own house made mozzarella and artisan dough form the foundation of the pizza, but the true craft is in mastering the coal-fired oven.

The difference is in Coal’s custom coal-burning oven. Using special anthracite coal from Pennsylvania, the oven is fired to a ...blistering 900 degrees. At this high temperature, our pizza takes just 90 seconds to completely cook. It can take a Pizzaioli several years to master the intense heat and high speed of this kind of oven.

The Pizzaiolo is the alchemist who brings together all the elements of a Neapolitan pizza. The ingredients: San Marzano tomatoes, 00 flour from Italy and the freshest toppings. The dough: very thin yet simultaneously soft and crisp. The Pizzaiolo creates what is certainly the original and most delicious of all foods… pizza.

Pizza was extra crispy. Menu prices were not accurate and charge me extra. They deducted it afterwards. So I gave that extra to the waitress.

Our group enjoyed the wine list a well as the "non-traditional" pizza ingredients. Server was very friendly and priced were reasonable.
