From the glass elevator ride up to the 70th floor of the RenCen to the hazelnut barge dessert it was a fantastic experience overall.
The grilled romaine salad is definitely worth a try, the flavors of the components work nicely together.
Our entrees were perfect: Short Ribs "Osso Bucco Style" and Duck Confit Ragu. We were skeptical of how the short ribs could be prepared that way- but it was delicious. And I love duck; the confit was great. It was not too salty (a pet peeve of mine) and it was great in pasta!
Highly recommend the Hazlenut Barge- layers of hazelnut and chocolate with a layer that has the crispy texture. Awesome.
Oh and did we mention...great wines?!
We will definitely be going back!

Being from out of town,the view alone is worth going here..The food was excellent.The service while very good was not what I would have considered outstanding.The only real downside to the whole evening.while not Coach's fault was that the valet service took 35 minutes to retrieve our car.

This was our second time at the Coach Insignia. We enjoyed it once again with one exception. For a self proclaimed steak house the majority of the menu was of the seafood variety leaving a limited selection of beef, pork, lamb and chicken options. I had a fabulous New York Strip but I had to settle for scalloped potatoes instead of a nice loaded baked potato.
The food was great but the limited menu options was a slight disappointment.

This was the third consecutive year having Easter Brunch at the Coach Insignia. As always a very nice way to spend Easter together with family. The food was very tasty as in previous years and this year's server, Christine, was just great. There is generally a very nice main course selection as well as a fantastic dessert table. We missed the smoked fish as well as the original Saunder's Bump Cake (two years ago)and felt there could be a better selection of salads and vegetable dishes. Overall feel this is a great way to spend Easter and will continue to enjoy it annually.
